在当下的市场环境下,互联网和智能电子设备的快速普及,品牌厂商都面对着不断 快速推出新产品的压力。电子行业的激烈竞争,正导致电子设备更新换代的速度越来越 快,而新产品导入作为连接新产品开发和量产之间的核心环节,越来越受到品牌厂商和 制造行业的重视,如何多快好省的帮助品牌厂商实现新产品的快速验证和批量生产,已 经成为制造行业竞争的关键。而项目管理作为现代企业的发展手段和业绩来源,对新产 品导入成功与否有着决定性的关键作用,更对企业的提升和发展有着深远的影响。 本文以FL珠海公司为研究对象,选取该公司新产品导入为切入点,给合作者曾经 负责的T产品导入为案例,运用项目管理的理论方法,研究分析出FL珠海公司在新产 品导入过程中存在的主要问题,并采用精益的理念对FL珠海公司的新产品导入项目管 理进行了改进研究。 全文共分为六个章节。第一章为绪论,简要介绍本文的选题背景和意义,以及国内 外新产品导入和项目管理的研究发展现状,结合FL珠海公司的基本情况,引出本文所 要研究的主题。第二章为FL珠海公司背景及新产品导入现状介绍,介绍了FL珠海公 司新产品导入项目管理系统和流程。第三章为FL珠海公司新产品导入项目管理问题及 原因分析。第四章为改进方案和措施,结合项目管理知识,对主要存在的项目成本管理、 时间管理和质量管理问题制定改进方案,并进行验证评价。第五章为方案实施保障措施, 为了保证以上改进方案能够顺利实施,制定了相应的保障措施,以期改进方案能够成功。 最后为结论,对此次新产品导入项目管理改进研究进行总结,并结合自身经验,提出本 文存在的不足,以及未来不断改进的方向。 通过以上的研究,希望能够提升FL珠海公司新产品导入项目管理水平,也对同行 业在实践新产品导入项目管理工作时有所参考和借鉴价值,以便于更好的推动项目管理 在新产品导入中的应用。 关键词:项目管理;新产品导入;改进;保障措施 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第II页 Abstract In the current market environment, brand manufacturers have been faced with heavy pressure over keeping promoting new products incessantly, considering the accelerated popularization of internet and smart electronic devices. Due to the fierce competition among electronic industry, electronic devices are upgraded at a growing speed. However, new products introduction has resulted in more and more attentions of brand manufacturers and manufacturing industry as the core process connects new product development and mass production. As a result, it’s been regarded as the key to winning the competition in manufacturing industry, therefore helping manufacturers achieve rapid verification and mass production of new products in a better, faster and more economic way. However, deemed as the core measure for the development of modern enterprises, project management plays a decisive role in the success of new product introduction. Besides, it has far-reaching influence on improvement and development of the enterprise. By taking FL Zhuhai company as the research object, beginning with the selection of new products of the company, combining the introduction of T headset product of which the author was in charge as the practical case and adopting the theoretical methods of the project management, the problems existing during introduction of new T headset products are studied and analyzed in this paper. In addition, the improvement research on project management of new product introduction of FL Zhuhai company is carried out by following the philosophy of continuous improvement. The paper includes six parts. Firstly, Chapter I deals with the introduction, which briefly introduces the selection background, the significance of the paper, and the current development of research on new products introduction and project management at home or abroad. Based on the fundamental situation of FL Zhuhai Company, the theme of this article is hereby revealed. Chapter II introduces the background and new product introduction status quo of FL Zhuhai company, which mainly introduces the new product introduction system and process in FL Zhuhai company. Chapter III deals with the case analysis, analyzing the problems in project management existing during introduction of new T headset products, analyzing related problems and concretely analyzing the causes of main problems. Chapter IV deals with the 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第III页 improvement scheme and formulates improvement scheme for solving main problems in existing project cost, time and quality management with project management knowledge. Chapter V concentrates on the proposals for scheme implementation, formulating corresponding implementation strategies to ensure that the foregoing improvement schemes will be smoothly implemented to eventually improve the scheme successfully. Chapter VI focuses on conclusions, summarizing the case analysis and improvement schemes of the new product introduction. Combined with the author’s experience, the last paragraph points out the deficiency in the paper, and direction for incessant improvement in the future. Through research mentioned above, it is expected that project management level of new product introduction in FL Zhuhai company could be improved. Also, reference could be provided for the peers to cope with project management of new product introduction, thereby better promoting the application of project management into new product introduction.
