在电子元器件制造行业中,其产品本身一直有着结构复杂、种类繁多、数量庞大的 特点。进入21世纪以后,随着技术的进步和需求的多样化,电子元器件制造企业不仅面 临产品生命周期不断缩短的压力,而且也面临客户需求的个性化、交货周期不断缩短、 提高产品性能、降低产品售价和改善服务质量等等的压力。对于企业来讲,在供应和需 求之间起着缓冲作用的库存,它既是一种资产,也是一种负债。因此,对于库存管理业 务环节管理的好坏不仅对企业流动资金的占用有很大影响,对生产经营活动的顺利进行 也至关重要。库存管理业务环节的有效管控对提高企业的市场响应速度,提高企业的经 济效益,提升企业的竞争力都具有十分重要的意义。通过优化库存管理业务环节来降低 企业运营成本,加快对于需求的响应速度是提高身处于制造行业的企业的竞争力,以及 实现其卓越绩效的重要战略选择。 本文以A公司为研究对象,以该公司库存管理业务环节的管理现状为切入点,对该 公司库存管理业务环节的现有问题进行详细分析和梳理,综合运用文献梳理法、定性分 析法以及数据分析法相结合的研究方法,以库存管理理论和需求预测理论为基础,提出 了适用于A公司目前现状的优化方案,致力于缓解该公司的库存管理业务环节问题,在 降低企业运营成本、提高客户满意度的同时,实现该公司利润的最大化,增强企业竞争 力。 本论文基于库存管理理论以及需求预测理论,从与供应商实现深入合作、缩短采购 提前期入手,提高采购物料入库准时率;以设立S&OP流程实现产销协同、提高需求预 测准确率的方式,缓解该公司在库库存的积压;再以提高仓管人员的综合能力、改善客 户出货管理为方法,提高该公司的客户出货准时率,从入库管理、在库管理以及出库管 理的角度出发,较为全面地阐述了库存管理业务环节的改善和优化,给电子元器件制造 行业的企业在库存管理业务环节方面的优化和改善提供了借鉴和参考。 关键词:A公司;库存管理;业务环节 III Abstract Intheelectroniccomponentsmanufacturingindustry,thecharacteristicsofproductsare withthecomplexstructure,varioustypesandlargequantity.Aftersteppinginthe21stcentury, withtheprogressoftechnologyandthediversificationofcustomerdemand,theelectronic componentmanufacturingenterprisesnotonlyfacethepressureofshorteningproductlife cycle,butalsofacethepressureofpersonalizationofcustomerdemand,shorteningthe deliverycycle,improvingproductperformance,reducingproductpriceandimprovingservice quality,andsoon.Forenterprises,inventory,whichplaysabufferrolebetweensupplyand demand,isanassetaswellasaliability.Therefore,thequalityofbusinesslinksofinventory managementnotonlyhasagreatimpactontheoccupationofworkingcapital,butalsoonthe smoothprogressofproductionandoperationactivities.Theeffectivemanagementandcontrol ofbusinesslinksofinventorymanagementisofgreatsignificancetoimprovethemarket responsespeed,economicefficiencyandcompetitivenessofenterprises.Itisanimportant strategicchoicetoimprovethecompetitivenessofmanufacturingenterprisesandachieve excellentperformancebyoptimizingbusinesslinksofinventorymanagementtoreducethe operatingcostandspeeduptheresponsetodemand. ThisthesistakesAcompanyastheresearchobject,takesitscurrentsituationofbusiness linksofinventorymanagementasbreakthroughpoint,analyzestheexistingproblemsof businesslinksofinventorymanagementofthiscompanyindetail,andthenputsforward optimizationplanswhicharesuitableforAcompanybasedontheinventorymanagement theoryanddemandforecastingtheorybyusingthecombinationofliteraturereviewmethod, qualitativeanalysismethodanddataanalysismethodindeed.Thecurrentoptimizationplans arecommittedtoalleviatingtheexistingproblemsofbusinesslinksofinventorymanagement ofthiscompany,reducingthiscompany’soperationcostandimprovingcustomersatisfaction ofthecompany,whilemaximizingtheprofitsofthecompanyaswellasenhancingitsmarket competitiveness. Basedonthetheoryofinventorymanagementanddemandforecasting,thisthesisstarts IV withtherealizationofdeepcooperationwithsuppliers,shorteningtheleadtimeofpurchasing, andthentoimproveitson-timereceivingrateofpurchasingmaterials;bymeansof establishingS&OPprocessaswellasimprovingthedemandforecastingaccuracyrate,to achievethecollaborationbetweenproductionandsalesandtoalleviatetheoverallstockin thiscompany;bymeansofimprovingboththecomprehensiveabilityofemployeesin logisticsdepartmentandthecustomerdeliverymanagementinAcompany,andthento improvetheon-timedeliveryratetocustomers.Thethesiscomprehensivelyexpoundsthe improvementandoptimizationofbusinesslinksofinventorymanagementfromincoming management,storagemanagementandoutcomingmanagement,whichprovidesareference foroptimizationandimprovementonbusinesslinksofinventorymanagementofenterprises intheelectroniccomponentsmanufacturingindustry.
