随着互联网+时代的来临,各行各业利用互联网进行业务的升级,互联网+ 法律服务由此兴起。伴随中国普法时代到来,法律及相关行业的市场需求激增, 律师和律所通过互联网平台输出内容、提供服务已经成为大势所趋。目前,中国 互联网+法律服务主要集中在平台、电商和工具上,其中律师(律所)通过自己 的平台或第三方平台输出内容。由于中国法规不允许外国互联网法律服务机构入 驻,这致使本国的互联网法律服务机构在2016年后,如雨后春笋般的爆炸式增 长,业务模式主要模仿美国法律服务鼻祖Leglzoom。作为法律板块流量排名前 三的DH公司,在互联网的动态环境中面临着机遇和挑战,为了保住行业的领头 羊地位,如何进行战略转型值得深入研究。 本文通过PEST工具对DH公司的外部环境进行全面研究与分析、并采用企 业动态能力评价其内部环境,同时结合SWOT矩阵分析公司现状和经营情况。研 究表明,DH公司作为一家2004年成立新公司,经历了三次战略转型积累企业动 态能力:从而确定企业最初盈利模式;使用人口红利再建新平台;利用咨询和轻 法服务增加律师与用户粘度。根据目前企业情况,使用QSPM模型对四种备选的 战略转型方案进行定量评估,从而最终选定增长型转型战略。为了保证发展战略 的成功实施,公司积极培养员工学习能力、组建公司学院的业务培训框架;建立 信息管理渠道并提高其畅通性、识别有效重要的信息;新设外部协调公关部、关 注和维护企业形象,跟进处理用户非官方渠道的“投诉”。 提出DH公司发展战略、并增强其优势和动态能力,解决发展过程中遇到困 境,选择一个前瞻性的商业模式;深入研究DH公司发展战略的方案和动态能力 的提升,对国内互联网中小企业推进发展战略具有参考性意义。 关键词:发展战略互联网法律服务动态能力SWOT ResearchonthedevelopmentstrategyoflegalInternetplatforminDH II Abstract WiththecomingoftheInternetplusEra,allindustriesusetheInternetfor businessupgrades.AndtheriseoflegalservicesintheInternetindustry.Thereare manyneedsregardingthelawandrelatedindustries,withthecomingoftheeraoflaw popularizationinChina.WhichoutputcontentandprovideservicesthroughInternet platforms,lawyersandlawfirmshavebecomethegeneraltrendwhichhaveThird platform.InChina,foreignserviceagencywhichisaboutInternetlegalarenot allowedtoenter.With2016coming,moreandmoreChineseserviceagencieswere aboutInternetlegal.ThebusinessmodelcopiedUSlegalservicesoriginator -Leglzoom.DH'strafficrankingisthetopthreeinlegalservicesranking.Althoughthe dynamicenvironmentoftheInternetfacesopportunitiesandchallenges,theysucceed instrategictransformationtokeeptheirlead,itssuccessfulexperiencecanbeusedas atemplate,whichisworthin-depthresearchandreference.
