随着经济全球化的不断深入，产业集群作为特定区域内企业聚集体在发展过程中形成合 作网络产生的协同效应，在区域经济发展中的地位越来越重要，不仅有利于提升区域的竞争 力水平，更能促进区域经济发展。高新技术产业是我国经济可持续健康发展的内生力量，大 力推进高新技术产业发展有助于调整我国传统产业结构，提高行业附加值，增加资源的有效 利用率。产业集群，尤其是高新技术产业集群，集聚企业、高校、中介及其他各种机构形成 集群内部的创新网络，各行为主体都嵌入在集群网络之中，从网络嵌入视角研究高新技术产 业集群创新，为集群企业创新和发展提供良好氛围，能有效提升企业创新绩效，提高集群创 新能力，促进我国高新技术产业集群发展壮大，推动区域经济迅速发展和国家竞争力提升都 具有十分重要意义。 本文首先对高新技术产业集群、网络嵌入性理论、吸收能力等理论及相关研究进行了梳 理，并基于Citespace从知识图谱视角对产业集群创新进行了研究。随后阐述高新技术产业发 展现状，汇总我国高新技术产业集群政策，通过产业集群集聚度测度模型，刻画我国高新技 术产业集群集聚度，从以上三个角度对我国高新技术产业集群发展概况进行了分析。其次， 本文重点探讨了网络嵌入性的结构嵌入与关系嵌入两个视角对集群创新的作用机理，并提出 吸收能力在两者间的中介作用，在此理论假设基础上，选择高新技术产业集群内的企业作为 研究对象，运用调查问卷方式，历时六个月，对南京398家企业进行调研，运用 SPSS 软件 对收集到的数据进行分析，进行信效度检验、相关性分析及回归分析，检验了假设。得出网 络嵌入性视角下产业集群创新网络的四个维度：网络规模、网络中心度、关系强度、关系质 量均正向影响集群创新，网络规模、网络中心度、关系强度、关系质量对吸收能力具有正向 影响，吸收能力正向影响集群创新，并在网络嵌入性与集群创新之间起中介作用。最后，基 于高新技术产业集群发展概况和实证研究结果，提出了相应的对策建议以及未来的研究方向。 关键词: 网络嵌入，高新技术产业 ，集群创新 ，吸收能力 II Abstract With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, industrial clusters, as agglomerations of enterprises in a specific region, form a synergistic effect of the cooperation network in the development process. This paper first reviews the theories of high-tech industry definition, network embeddedness theory, absorptive capacity, and related research, and studies industrial cluster innovation from the perspective of knowledge map based on Citespace. Then from the current high-tech industry development and the development of our high-tech zone to describe the current state of high-tech industry development, discuss China's high-tech industry cluster policy, and use the industrial cluster agglomeration measure model to characterize China's high-tech industry cluster agglomeration. This paper analyzes the development of China's high-tech industrial clusters from different perspectives. Secondly, this paper focuses on the mechanism of network embeddedness and structural embeddedness and relationship embeddedness on cluster innovation, and proposes the mediating role of absorptive capacity between the two.
