I 摘要 员工满意度是得到广泛认可的员工态度类型,制造业企业95后基层员工有 着鲜明的代际特征。提高95后基层员工工作满意度,对于提高组织绩效、降低 企业离职率等方面有着重要作用。提高制造业企业95后基层员工工作满意度, 能够稳定就业,可以发挥出重要的经济意义和民生意义。 本文的研究对象为M公司的95后基层员工,通过多种研究方法的综合运用, 对M公司人力资源管理现状进行了深度分析,基于满意度理论划分了团队协作、 薪酬福利、工作压力和职业发展等4个研究维度,通过SPSS25.0等软件,进行 了独立样本T检验、差异性分析和分维度分析,发现在4个维度中均存在制约员 工满意度的问题。其中,满意度维度由高到低分别为团队协作、薪酬福利、工作 压力和职业发展。M公司满意度问题突出表现在:95后基层员工对个人发展前 景和晋升通道较为悲观,普遍感受到工作压力较大,工作的付出与回报不对等, 以及新入职员工得到企业关怀较少等方面。针对制约满意度提升的突出问题,以 及得分较低的突出因子,从优化薪酬福利制度、降低工作方面压力、增强团队协 作能力、助力员工职业发展等方面,提出了改进建议,帮助M公司提高95后基 层员工满意度,进一步提高企业生产经营效益。 关键词:M公司;95后基层员工;员工满意度;提升策略 Abstract II Abstract Employeesatisfactionisawidelyrecognizedemployeeattitudetype,and post-95sgrassrootsemployeesinmanufacturingenterpriseshavedistinct intergenerationalcharacteristics.Improvingpost-95sgrassrootsemployees'job satisfactionplaysanimportantroleinimprovingorganizationalperformanceand reducingtheturnoverrateofenterprises.Improvingthepost-95sgrassroots employees'jobsatisfactioninmanufacturingenterprisescanstabilizeemployment andplayanimportantroleineconomyandpeople'slivelihood. Inthisthesis,thepost-95sgrass-rootsemployeesofMCompanyaretakenasthe researchobject,andthroughthecomprehensiveapplicationofvariousresearch methods,thecurrentsituationofhumanresourcesmanagementofMCompanyis deeplyanalyzed.Basedonthesatisfactiontheory,fourresearchdimensionsare divided,suchasteamwork,salaryandwelfare,workpressureandcareerdevelopment. ThroughSPSS25.0andothersoftware,independentsampleT-test,differenceanalysis andfractaldimensionanalysisarecarriedout,anditisfoundthatthereareproblems restrictingemployeesatisfactioninallfourdimensions.Amongthem,thedimensions ofsatisfactionfromhightolowareteamwork,salaryandwelfare,workpressureand careerdevelopment.ThesatisfactionproblemsofMCompanyarehighlightedinthe followingaspects:thepost-95sgrassrootsemployeesarepessimisticabouttheir personaldevelopmentprospectsandpromotionchannels,generallyfeelthatthework pressureisgreater,thepayandreturnofworkarenotequal,andthenewemployees receivelesscarefromenterprises.Inviewoftheprominentproblemsrestrictingthe improvementofsatisfactionandtheprominentfactorswithlowscores,thisthesisputs forwardsomeimprovementsuggestionsfromtheaspectsofoptimizingthesalaryand welfaresystem,reducingworkpressure,enhancingteamcooperationability,and helpingemployees'careerdevelopment,soastohelpMcompanyimprovethe satisfactionofpost-95sgrassrootsemployeesandfurtherimprovetheproductionand operationefficiencyoftheenterprise.
