韦思蔚莱教育集团发展战略研究 韦思蔚莱教育集团是一家民办教育培训机构,2007年成立于中国厦门,经过 十多年发展,从一家地域性的教育机构,发展成为正在布局全国的教育品牌,从 只有少儿英语一个项目,到拥有早教、K12、少儿英语、成人英语等多个项目同 步运营,成为初具规模的综合性教育集团。 近些年中国民办教育培训行业正在经历迅速发展,首先是国家实力上升,国 家更加重视教育领域和提升国民素质,而且技术创新不断推动着行业进步,同时, 行业内也面临着日趋激烈的市场竞争。本文选取韦思蔚莱教育集团为研究对象, 旨在通过对它的发展战略进行剖析,既是从微观角度来看这家民办教育培训机构 如何在行业内成长发展,又对整个行业的发展方向进行预测和分析。 本篇论文第一章绪论主要介绍研究背景和意义,研究内容和研究方法。在第 二章,首先介绍了战略管理理论的主要分析工具和发展历史,并重点介绍了波特 竞争战略理论和动态战略理论,作为本文主要采用的理论依据。然后在第三章, 笔者对研究对象自身内部发展状况进行了分析,从企业概况到发展历史和现状, 并得出几个企业现存问题的重要结论,包括人力资源、客户服务和现金流三个方 面。第四章的主要研究内容是使用PEST宏观环境分析工具、波特五力行业环境 分析工具、SWOT企业内外部因素分析工具等经典战略分析工具对研究对象的 经营环境进行分析,并逐步验证第三章所发现的企业现存问题,和补充应对措施。 第五章和第六章笔者系统地描绘了研究对象发展战略的制定原则、战略目标、战 略内容和实施保障措施等重要内容,与第三章、第四章的分析结果向呼应。 最后,论文研究结论表明,韦思蔚莱教育集团的发展战略规划是一个持续发 展的过程,具备目标清晰、资源集中投放、创新性三个原则特征。通过严谨的推 演,具体战略内容丰富,并配有周密的保障措施,能够支撑着韦思蔚莱教育集团 走上一条快速发展之路。 II 关键词: 韦思蔚莱,民办教育,发展战略 III Abstract A Study on the Development Strategy of V.Future Education Group V.Future Education Group, established in Xiamen, China, is a private educa tion institution. After ten years development, it is becoming a nationwide educa tion brand whose business contains early education, K12 education, children En glish, and adult English. V.Future has become a comprehensive education group of a certain size. In China, private education industry is having an ongoing fast developmen t. Firstly, China's national strength has risen. Meanwhile, technical innovation is pushing the industry moving forward. Therefore, the fierce competition also gr adually increases in the education market. In this thesis, as the subject of study, the development strategy of V.Future Education Group was analyzed, which micro-cosmically provides a view of its development prospects, and forecasts the trend of development in private educ ation industry. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significanc e, contents structure and research methods. In the second chapter, it introduces the main analysis tools and the development of strategic management theory. T hen, it mainly introduces the Porter’s competitive strategy theory and dynamic strategic theory, which are the theoretical basis of this paper. Then in the third chapter, the author analysis the development status of the research object, incl uding its general situation, history, and status quo. Therefore, several existing p roblems of the company was found, including three aspects——human resource s, customer service and cash flow. The fourth chapter uses the classic strategy analysis tools, such as PEST, a macro environment analysis tools, Porter five models, an industry environment analysis, SWOT, an enterprise internal and ext IV ernal factors analysis tools, to analyze the company’s management environment. It also verifies the findings of the third chapter, and adds some countermeasur es to those problems. In chapter five and chapter six, the author systematically describes the principles, objects, contents and implementation safeguard measure s of company’s development strategy, corresponding all the analytical results in the previous chapters. The planning of V.Future’s development strategy is a constant process. It h as three principles——clear objectives, centralized resources, and innovativeness. By cautiously deducing, the strategy has concrete contents and careful measur es of safeguard, which helps V.Future Education Group to accelerate its develo pment.
