I 摘要 在当前全球经济不景气的大环境下，不少银行都遇到了资金周转的难题，市场开 拓的难度空前加大。特别是在新冠肺炎肆虐全球的背景下，很多中小企业都走上了破 产的道路，商业银行的经营也遇到了更多的困难，其中就包括了本文中的研究对象— —DL银行。要突破这样的困境，关键在于基于自身的条件及外部环境，制定并实施 更加合理的战略，从而实现长期稳定健康的发展，尤其是对DL银行这样的地方性商 业银行，这一点非常关键。 本文以DL银行为例，研究其发展战略管理问题。首先，论文在综合阐述国内外 学者研究现状以及相关理论的基础上，对DL银行进行简介，包括组织架构、经营情 况以及银行运营能力，并且分析了DL银行所处的外部环境，以及产业环境。其次， 对DL银行发展战略现状及问题进行了分析，其中，发展战略现状主要从DL银行当 前发展战略、优势条件以及劣势条件进行分析。并且对存在的问题，从公司层面、业 务层面以及职能层面进行了分析。再次，对DL银行发展战略方案进行了设计，包括 战略方案设计框架、公司层面战略、业务层面战略以及职能层面战略。最后，提出 DL银行发展战略方案的实施保障措施，包括公司层面战略实施保障、业务层面战略 实施保障以及职能层面战略实施保障。 关键词：商业银行发展战略优化方案 Abstract II Abstract Inthecurrentglobaleconomicdownturn,manybankshaveencounteredtheproblem ofcapitalturnover,andthedifficultyofmarketdevelopmentisunprecedented.Especially inthenovelcoronaviruspneumonia,thesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareonthe roadofbankruptcy.Theoperationofcommercialbankshasalsoencounteredmore difficulties,includingthecaseofDLbank.Tobreakthroughthisdilemma,thekeyliesin theformulationandimplementationofmorereasonablestrategiesbasedontheirown conditionsandexternalenvironment,soastoachievelong-term,stableandhealthy development,especiallyforlocalcommercialbankssuchasDLbank.
