当今经济全球化、多元化、数字化不断深入发展,急速变革的时代背景下,竞争尤 其激烈,什么才是企业的核心竞争力呢?人。人又是主观能动性动物,善于思考、变化 和创造,在这个进步的时代里,对人才的尊重、满足和爱护就显得特别重要了。近年来, 员工工作幸福感研宄在国内如火如荼地铺开,为了提升企业凝聚力、生产力,形成企业 强有力的生命活力,企业的经营管理需要以人为本,关注员工工作幸福感。s供电局作 为潮汕地区的一个普通地市供电局,近年发展也遇到诸多有待解决的问题,比如:新生 代员工思想活跃、掌握新知识新技能,但是待遇不高,人员流失髙风险或者阻碍了员工 工作的积极性,伤害了员工工作幸福感;同时,又具有国企的老、旧员工严重人员冗余、 工作怠慢,因循守旧、不思进取的问题;中年员工的工作、家庭生活压力巨大,升职、 加薪等职业发展茫然问题,等等。响应国家要把一批国企做大、做强的战略号召,适应 新时代、新形势下的发展变革,抓住企业发展契机,充实企业活力,增强企业竞争力, 保持企业持久旺盛的生命力和创造力,因此,必须关注员工,关注企业人力资源管理, 关注员工工作幸福感,特做此项s供电局员工工作幸福感影响因素及提升对策研宄。本 文前期通过对S供电局员工工作现状的调査走访和工作幸福感开放式访谈,初步了解了 s供电局员工工作幸福感的影响因素及其关注频度,结合过往研究提炼关键点,做出S 供电局员工工作幸福感封闭式调查问卷,征得专家组审核、同意后,实施问卷发放、回 收和整理,对数据的筛査和甄别进行严格把关。结合国内外己有的企业员工工作幸福感 相关理论文献、研宂成果及企业实际,总结S供电局员工工作幸福感影响因素,给出研 究结论和改善提升意见,以期通过本研究,帮助企业分析现实问题,为企业未来管理规 划和发展提供具有实践意义的参考。 关键词:员工工作幸福感影响因素对策 I RESEARCHONTHEFACTORSAFFECTINGTHEWORKHAPPINESSOFSTAFF ANDTHECOUNTERMEASURESINSPOWERSUPPLY ABSTRACT Intoday*scontextofeconomicglobalization,diversification,digitalcontinuousin-depth developmentwithrapidchangeandfiercecompetition,whatisthecorecompetitivenessof enterprises?Men.Menaresubjectivelydynamicanimals,beinggoodatthinking,change andcreating.Inthiseraofprogress,respect,satisfactionandcarefortalentisparticularly importantInrecentyears,theresearchonemployee'sworkwell-beinghasbeencarriedoutin China.Inordertoimprovethecohesionandproductivityofenterprisesandformastrong vitalityofenterprises,themanagementofenterprisesshouldbepeople-oriented,and attentionshouldbepaidtoemployee'swell-being.Inrecentyears,asanordinarycitypower supplybureauinChaoshanarea,Sbureaualsoencounteredmanyproblemstobesolvedin itsdevelopment,suchas:activethinkingofthenewgenerationemployees,masteringnew knowledgeandnewskills,butthelowsalary,thelossofhighrisk,mayhindertheenthusiasm ofthestaff,hurtstaffwell-being;Atthesametime,ithastheproblemofseriousstaff redundancy,neglectionofwork,conservativethinkingoftheoldemployeesofstate-owned enterprises;Middle-agedemployeesmeethugepressureinworkingandfamilylife,they alsohavedifficultiesoncareerdevelopmentsuchaspromotion,salaryincreaseetc.In responsetothenationalstrategiccallingtomakeanumberofstate-ownedenterprisesbigger andstronger,adapttothenewsituationandneweraofdevelopmentandchange,seizethe opportunitytodevelop,andconstantlyenrichthevitalityofenterprises,enhancethe competitivenessofenterprises,tomaintainthevitalityandcreativityofenterprisesforalong time.Therefore,wemustpayattentiontoemployees,payattentiontoenterprisehuman resourcemanagement,payattentiontoemployees'happinessatwork,especiallydothis researchontheinfluencingfactorsofemployees1well-beinginSpowersupplybureauandthe countermeasurestoimproveit.ThroughtheearlierinvestigationandopeninterviewsofS powersupplybureaustaff,preliminarilyunderstoodtheinfluencingfactorsandandfocuson frequency.Basedontheseextractedthekeypoints,madeSpowersupplybureaustaffwork well-beingenclosedquestionnairecombinedwithpreviousresearchextractingkeypoints, n obtainedtheconsentoftheexpertgroupreviews,implementthequestionnaire distribution^recoveryandfinishing,strictlycheckandscreendatabiningthetheoretical literature,researchresultsandenterpriserealityoftheemployees'workwell-beingathome andabroad,summarizingthefactorsaffectingtheworkwell-beingofSpowersupplybureaus, givingtheresearchconclusionsandimprovingtheopinions,inordertohelptheenterprises analyzetherealitythroughthisresearch.Itishopedthatthisresearchcanhelpenterprises analyzepracticalproblemsandprovidepracticalreferencesforfuturemanagementplanning anddevelopmentofenterprises.
