I 摘要 在我国复杂的保险业大背景下,LYD人寿保险公司可以说是既拥有着机遇也 面临着挑战,如何在纷繁复杂的竞争环境中可持续发展,使LYD人寿保险公司保 持竞争活力并持续盈利是一个重要课题。本文目的旨在通过分析LYD人寿保险公 司外部政治、经济、社会环境、技术环境及LYD人寿保险公司内部发展环境,寻 找出LYD人寿保险公司的发展优势、劣势、机会和挑战,制定出可行的有利于提 升LYD人寿保险公司核心竞争力的策略。从理论和实践的角度分析LYD人寿保险 公司的竞争战略问题,认为其意义有以下几个方面:(1)对LYD人寿保险公司 的发展具有指导意义。从企业战略发展的高度,采用理论分析与实际分析相结 合,定量分析与定性分析相结合的研究方法,通过对LYD人寿保险公司所处优 势、机遇的分析,可以在发展过程中充分利用其优势,把握好发展机遇;同样, 掌握了发展过程中的劣势和威胁,在与对手竞争的过程中尽早克服或避免劣势、 威胁的发生,使LYD人寿保险公司立于不败之地。(2)对人寿保险市场的发展 具有借鉴意义。根据LYD人寿保险公司面临的内部、外部环境,设计出一套LYD 人寿保险公司竞争策略,为我国人寿保险同业竞争者提供了可借鉴的经验和理论 指导,对保险行业的发展起到了积极的作用。 本文以LYD人寿保险公司企业竞争力的现状和存在的问题作为研究对象,以 如何提升企业竞争力为研究重点,对LYD人寿保险公司发展环境现状进行了分 析,分别分析了宏观环境、行业环境和竞争对手,然后从综合金融、市场规模、 产品、人力资源、财务数据、客户服务六个方面对LYD人寿保险公司企业竞争力 现状进行分析,从中发现公司基础管理平台与管理需求不匹配,市场规模及产品 经营存在问题,人员素质及技能欠缺,忽视客户经营及主顾积累。在文章的最 后,对发现的问题提出了四点提升策略,公司需夯实基础管理平台,开拓市场及 组合销售产品,优化人才结构及提升技能,建立客户经营开发平台,以提升LYD 人寿保险公司的企业竞争力。 关键词:人寿保险;企业竞争力;现状;提升策略 论文类型:应用类 选题来源:其他 ABSTRACK II ABSTRACT InthecontextofChina'scomplexinsuranceindustry,LYDlifeinsurance companyhasbothopportunitiesandchallenges.Howtodevelopsustainablyinthe complicatedcompetitiveenvironmentandkeepLYDlifeinsurancecompany competitiveandprofitableisanimportanttopic.Thepurposeofthisarticleisaimedat analyzingLYDlifeinsurancecompanyexternalpolitics,economy,society, environment,technologyenvironmentandLYDlifeinsurancecompanyinternal developmentenvironment,findingouttheLYDthedevelopmentoflifeinsurance companystrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandchallenges,todevelopafeasibleto improveLYDcorecompetenceoflifeinsurancecompanystrategy.Fromthe perspectiveoftheoryandpractice,thispaperanalyzesthecompetitivestrategyofLYD lifeinsurancecompanyandholdsthatithasthefollowingsignificance:(1)ithas guidingsignificanceforthedevelopmentofLYDlifeinsurancecompany.Fromthe perspectiveofcorporatestrategicdevelopment,theresearchmethodcombining theoreticalanalysiswithpracticalanalysis,quantitativeanalysiswithqualitative analysis,andtheanalysisoftheadvantagesandopportunitiesofLYDlifeinsurance companycanmakefulluseofitsadvantagesinthedevelopmentprocessandgraspthe developmentopportunities.Inthesameway,LYDgraspedthedisadvantagesand threatsintheprocessofdevelopment,andovercameoravoidedthedisadvantagesand threatsasearlyaspossibleintheprocessofcompetitionwithitscompetitors,making LYDlifeinsurancecompanyinvincible.(2)itisofreferentialsignificancetothe developmentoflifeinsurancemarket.Accordingtotheinternalandexternal environmentfacedbyLYDlifeinsurancecompany,asetofcompetitionstrategiesfor LYDlifeinsurancecompanywasdesigned,whichprovidedreferentialexperienceand theoreticalguidanceforChina'slifeinsuranceindustrycompetitorsandplayeda positiveroleinthedevelopmentoftheinsuranceindustry.
