随着互联网科技在证券行业的应用普及和发展，以第三方支付、线上理财、P2P 网贷、互联网基金、网络保险和网站证券交易为代表的互联网金融大量涌现，改变 了证券业的服务理念和运营模式。信息技术的发展、证券市场的变化、以及金融科 技给证券经纪业务带来的积极影响均推动着互联网金融背景下证券经纪业务的创新 发展。当下证券行业与互联网科技相结合，特别是将互联网金融应用于证券经纪业 务已是不可阻挡的时代趋势，社会各界以及证券企业对互联网金融的重视程度逐渐 加强，因此研究互联网金融背景下的证券经纪业务发展问题对证券行业变革和国家 经济发展具有重大意义。 本文以互联网背景下金融行业的代表产业——证券经纪业务为研究主题，主要 通过理论分析和具体案例研究，分析我国互联网金融背景下证券经纪业务的发展情 况。首先基于相关研究背景梳理了解国内外研究成果，并确定了本文的研究问题和 方法。其次通过对互联网金融、证券经纪业务等核心概念的界定，分析了互联网金 融背景下证券经纪业务发展的相关理论基础，梳理了我国证券行业的发展概况，以 及我国证券经纪业务的实际发展情况。然后具体研究了互联网金融背景下HS公司证 券经纪业务的发展，总结提炼了HS公司将互联网金融运用于证券经纪业务升级所进 行的创新实践，发现了HS公司互联网证券经纪业务发展过程中存在的困境。最后， 结合互联网金融证券经纪业务的未来发展趋势，对我国互联网金融应用于证券经纪 业务提出了优化对策及建议。 本研究发现互联网金融的发展给证券行业带来深刻的影响和变革，特别是证券 行业的核心业务——经纪业务，证券经纪业务转型面临极大的变革挑战，因此证券 公司、互联网金融企业需结合自身优势特色，开发强化核心产品业务，加强互联网 金融的信息监管等，以促进证券经纪业务在互联网时代的创新变革和可持续性发展。 关键词：互联网金融、证券行业、证券经纪业务 湖北工业大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract WiththerapidpopularizationanddevelopmentofInternetapplicationsinthe securitiesindustry,Internetfinancerepresentedbythird-partypayment,wealth management,P2Ponlineloans,Internetfunds,onlineinsurance,andwebsitesecurities transactionshasemergedinlargenumbers,changingtheserviceconceptandoperation ofthesecuritiesindustrymode.Thegrowthofinformationtechnologydoesamatteron thesecuritiesmarket,andthepositiveimpactoffinancialtechnologyonthesecurities brokeragebusinesshaveallpromotedtheintegrateddevelopmentofInternetfinance andsecuritiesbrokeragebusiness.Thecombinationofthecurrentsecuritiesindustry andInternetfinance,especiallytheapplicationofInternetfinancetothesecurities brokeragebusinesshasbecomeanirresistibletrendofthetimes.Thesocialcommunity andsecuritiescompanieshavegraduallyincreasedtheimportanceofInternetfinance.
