随着“一带一路”国家战略的实施,对外贸易愈发频繁,贸易规模不断扩大,加速促 进了经济全球一体化,国际结算业务在此过程中得到了快速发展。同时,国际结算业务相 比其他业务而言,风险更低,产生的收益更高,在业务办理中占用的资金更少,已成为各 家商业银行业务发展的重心。近几年,为了适应国际市场的需求变化,各家商业银行不断 进行国际结算业务创新,优化业务流程,提升技术支持和服务质量,丰富国际结算业务种 类和结算方式,同业竞争愈发激烈。中国银行作为国内最先开展国际结算业务的商业银行, 拥有突出的业务能力、丰富的业务经验和全面的产品种类,一直都是国际结算领域的标杆 品牌。然而中国银行L分行国际结算量的上升却显得十分乏力,同业竞争力明显不足。通 过实地调研发现,中国银行L分行主要存在营销力度缺失、重视程度偏低、团队规模较小、 业务培训不足、产品同质化严重、流程待优化等问题,从而导致其国际结算业务量的提升 受到了很大制约。 本文基于以上背景,首先梳理了国际结算业务发展趋势、业务风险与管控、业务问题 与对策等相关文献,以7P营销理论、商业银行国际竞争力理论作为理论基础,选择中国 银行L分行为研究对象,探讨国际结算业务量提升的问题。然后,采用半结构化访谈和实 地调查相结合的方法,从国际结算量、国家政策、电子化程度、产品技术与业务流程、自 身经营管理方面对中国银行L分行国际结算业务现状进行了研究,分析得出了国际结算业 务目前存在的几个主要问题。其次,本文对国际结算业务量的影响因素进行了研究,构建 了中国银行L分行国际结算量提升内外部影响因素评价指标体系,采用K-均值聚类分析法, 运用SPSS软件对问卷数据进行处理,分析得到国际结算业务量提升的主要影响因素。再 次,构建了中国银行L分行国际结算量提升主要影响因素指标体系,建立了层次结构模型, 运用SPSSAU软件对专家打分问卷进行处理,计算得到准则层和子准则层各指标权重。最 后,结合企业实际情况,从主要影响因素方面对中国银行L分行国际结算业务量提升的对 策建议进行了研究。 基于以上研究,本文不仅有利于中国银行L分行国际结算业务量的提升,同时还有利 于同业中有类似国际结算业务发展问题的金融机构参考借鉴并实践应用。因此,本文从商 业银行的视角出发,以国际结算业务量的提升策略为研究对象,结合K-均值聚类分析法和 浙江理工大学硕士专业学位论文 II 层次分析法,为我国商业银行国际结算业务量提升策略的研究提供了一个新的思考方向, 具有一定的理论和实践价值。 关键词:中国银行;国际结算业务量;影响因素;K-均值聚类分析法;层次分析法 浙江理工大学硕士专业学位论文 III Abstract With the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" national strategy, foreign trade becomes more frequent and the scale of trade expands continuously, which accelerates the economic globalization, and the international settlement business develops rapidly in this process. At the same time, compared with other businesses, international settlement business has lower risks, higher earnings and less capital occupied in business processing, which has become the focus of the business development of various commercial banks. In recent years, in order to adapt to the changing needs of the international market, commercial banks have been constantly innovating international settlement business, optimizing business processes, improving technical support and service quality, and enriching the types and methods of international settlement business. Therefore, inter-bank competition has become increasingly fierce. As the first commercial bank in China to carry out international settlement business, Bank of China has outstanding business capabilities, rich business experience and comprehensive product categories, and has always been a benchmark brand in the field of international settlement. However, the increase of international settlement volume of Bank of China L Branch appears to be very weak, and the competitiveness of the same industry is obviously insufficient. Through field investigation, it is found that Bank of China L Branch mainly suffers from problems such as lack of marketing efforts, low emphasis, small team size, insufficient business training, serious product homogeneity, process optimization, etc., which greatly restricts the improvement of its international settlement business volume. Based on the above background, this paper firstly combed the development trend of international settlement business, business risk and controls, business problems and countermeasures, such as literature, The Marketing Theory of 7Ps, Theory of International Competitiveness of Commercial Banks as the theoretical basis, the choice of the Bank of China L Branch as the research object, discusses the problem of international settlement business promotion. Then, by adopting the combination of semi-structured interviews and field survey method, from the international settlement business volume, national policy and local government attitude, electronic level, product technology optimization and innovation, its operation and 浙江理工大学硕士专业学位论文 IV management of the Bank of China L Branch, the research of the current international settlement business, analysis the problems of several major international settlement business. Secondly, this paper studied the influence factors of international settlement business, build a Bank of China L Branch international settlement business volume improve internal and external factors influencing the evaluation index system, the K-Means clustering analysis method are adopted, using SPSS software to deal with the questionnaire data, analysis the main factors that influence the international settlement business promotion. Thirdly, the index system of the main factors affecting the increase of international settlement volume in Bank of China L Branch is established, and a hierarchical model is established. SPSSAU software is used to process the expert scoring questionnaire and calculate the weight of each index at the criterion level and sub-criterion level. Finally, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper studies the countermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of international settlement business volume of Bank of China L Branch from the aspects of main influencing factors. Based on the above research, this paper is not only conducive to the improvement of international settlement business volume of Bank of China L Branch, but also conducive to the reference and practical application of financial institutions in the same industry with similar problems in the development of international settlement business. Therefore, from the perspective of commercial banks, this paper takes the promotion strategy of international settlement business volume as the research object, and combines K-Means clustering analysis and analytic hierarchy process to provide a new thinking direction for the research of international settlement business volume promotion strategy of commercial banks in China, which has certain theoretical and practical value.
