物资采购是支持整个工程建设进度的关键因素,也是保证工程质量的重要因素。AG 公司是一家专业承包建设经营的企业,力争成为行业领先的工程建设管理企业。但AG 公司在推进企业现代化建设中,竞争日益激烈,供应商供货质量良莠不齐,频繁变化的 原材料价格等问题增加了AG公司物资采购成本,从而对AG公司工程项目整体的经济 效益产生着影响。因此,AG公司应在出现风险事件之前采取风险的防范措施,通过明 确风险因素体系,在出现风险事件时采取风险控制与应对措施,将物资采购活动的风险 降到可接受的水平,并对风险事件发生后的风险管理进行总结,帮助AG公司降低工程 成本,让企业实现预期的经济、社会和环境效益成为可能。 本文以AG公司为研究对象,按照“风险识别—风险评价—风险应对”的流程对其 工程项目物资采购风险管理情况进行研究。首先介绍了AG公司的工程项目物资采购基 本情况,采用头脑风暴法对AG公司物资采购风险因素进行识别与分析,建立风险识别 模型;其后采用层次分析法评价AG公司的工程项目物资采购风险因素,建立风险评价 标准,确定风险评价指标体系,再用AHP法确定评价指标权重,建立模糊评价矩阵计算 出最终的风险评价结果;最后是AG公司工程项目物资采购风险应对,根据所识别出的 风险因素与评价的结果,分别从成本风险、供应风险、计划风险与管理风险四个方面出 发,提出风险应对方式,并提供了组织、制度、信息保障措施。以识别出的供应风险为 例,本文提出完善供应商评估与选择流程、建立供应商评级机制、实施驻厂监造等质量 管理措施来应对风险。 本文的研究可以直接应用于AG公司的工程项目物资风险管理中,从而实现AG公 司的工程项目建设目标,提升综合竞争能力。同时,也可以作为其他公司进行工程项目 物资采购风险管理研究的有力参考依据。 关键词:工程项目;物资采购;风险管理 论文类型:应用研究 Subject : A Study on Project Materials Procurement Risk Management of AG Company Speciality: MBA Name : Zhou Ruisong (signature) Instructor: Wu Wenjie (signature ) ABSTRACT Material procurement is the key factor to support the whole project construction schedule, and it is also an important factor to ensure the quality of the project. AG is a professional contractor of construction projects and is committed to becoming a leading engineering construction management enterprise in the industry. However, in the process of AG's modernization construction, the industry competition is increasingly fierce, the quality level of products provided by suppliers is uneven, and the price of raw materials fluctuates frequently, which increases the cost of material procurement and affects the economic benefits of AG's engineering projects. So before risk events do risk precautionary measures, through the system to clarify the risk factors, on risk events occur do risk control and response, strive for to the procurement activities of the risk to an acceptable level, after the end of the risk events to do a good job of summarizing risk management, which can help AG reduce engineering construction cost, make the enterprise achieve the economic, social and environmental benefits possible. This paper takes AG Company as the research object and studies the risk management of its engineering project material procurement according to the process of risk identification, risk assessment and risk response. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic situation of AG company's material procurement, and uses brainstorming method to identify and analyze the risk factors of AG company's material procurement, and establishes a risk identification model. Then, the risk factors of AG's project material procurement were evaluated by analytic hierarchy process, the risk evaluation standard was established, the risk evaluation index system was determined, the weight of the evaluation index was determined by AHP method, and the fuzzy evaluation matrix was established to calculate the final risk evaluation results. Finally, it is the risk response of AG's project material procurement. According to the identified risk factors and the evaluation results, the risk response measures are put forward from the four aspects of cost risk, supply risk, planning risk and management risk. For example, in view of the identified supply risks, quality management measures such as improving the supplier evaluation and selection process, establishing supplier rating mechanism, and implementing factory supervision are proposed to deal with the risks. IV The research of this paper can be directly applied to the material the risk management level of AG Company’s engineering projects, so as to achieve the goal of its project construction, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the market.
