面对复杂多变的市场竞争环境,单个企业仅依靠整合内部资源和开展内部 创新活动很难快速开发出满足客户需求且具有竞争力的创新产品。近年来,在研 发和设计等方面开展合作创新成为重要的组织创新模式,企业越来越依赖外部 创新网络汇聚多样化的知识和技术,获取互补性的有形、无形的资源利益,从而 提高创新绩效。在此背景下,不同网络嵌入程度的供应商应该分别采取何种行动 来实现产品、工艺和服务创新,取得和买方企业间的高合作创新绩效就成为关注 的焦点。虽然现有文献和实践提供了较多启示,但是缺乏对于供应商行动组合的 系统研究,仅仅研究供应商某一个方面的行为对合作创新绩效的影响,忽略了在 企业合作创新的过程中,专用性投资、联合行动和信息共享三项行动之间的协调 互补性。另外,现有文献中对不同网络嵌入程度下提升高合作创新绩效的路径鲜 有对比研究。因此,以“组态”视角研究不同网络嵌入程度下多因素组合对零部 件供应商合作创新绩效的影响具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文以我国不同行业、不同规模的19家零部件供应商企业为研究对象,基 于理论的视角选择影响零部件供应商合作创新绩效的条件,并构建以供应商网 络嵌入性、环境动荡性、供应商专用性投资、联合行动和信息共享的多因素匹配 对合作创新绩效影响的理论模型。基于216份有效问卷的数据分析与处理,运用 模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)的方法,得出可以达成高合作创新绩效的三种不同 组态解,并得出以下结论:(1)零部件供应商企业合作创新绩效是多个因素相互 联系、相互影响、相互综合的结果,专用性投资、环境动荡性等带来的机会主义 风险可以通过与信息共享或联合行动的组合来抵消;(2)高合作创新绩效结果的 条件组合不是唯一的,而是存在不同的条件组合,不同网络嵌入程度下的供应商 企业要综合外部环境相机采取不同的行动组合;(3)网络嵌入性较高和网络嵌入 性较低的零部件供应商取得高合作创新绩效的核心条件有所不同,根据网络嵌 入性和环境动荡性的高低,专用性投资和联合行动分别是供应商企业达成高合 作创新绩效的核心条件。最后,本文根据研究结论,从网络嵌入性和组织间合作 的角度为供应商企业提出了提升合作创新绩效的管理策略。 关键词:网络嵌入性;合作创新绩效;供应商行动;fsQCA II Abstract Faced with a complex and ever-changing market competition environment,it is difficult for a single company to rely on the integration of internal resources and internal innovation activities to quickly develop innovative and competitive products that meet customer needs.In recent years, cooperative innovation in R & Dand design has become an important organizational innovation model. In order to enhance the innovation ability and performance of enterprises,Enterprises are increasingly relying on external innovation networks to gather diverse knowledge and technologies to obtain complementary tangible and intangible resource benefits. In the context of supply chain cooperative innovation, what measures should be taken by suppliers with different levels of network embeddedness to achieve product, process and service innovation, and obtain high collaborative innovation performance has become the focus of attention.Although the existing literature and practice provide more enlightenment, there is a lack of systematic research on the supplier's action portfolio, which only studies the impact of a certain aspect of the supplier's behavior on the performance of cooperative innovation, and ignores the special coordination and complementarity among the three actions of sexual investment, joint action and information sharing. In addition, in the existing literature, there are few comparative studies on the paths to improve the performance of high cooperative innovation under different degrees of network embedding. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of multi-factor combinations on the performance of cooperative innovation of component suppliers from the perspective of "configuration". This article takes 19 parts and components suppliers of different industries and different sizes in China as the research object, selects the conditions that affect the performance of cooperative innovation of parts and components suppliers based on a theoretical perspective. And build a theoretical model of the impact of multi-factor matching of supplier network embeddedness, environmental turbulence, supplier-specific investment, joint action and information sharing on the performance of cooperative innovation.Based on the data analysis and processing of 216 valid questionnaires, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was used to obtain three different configuration solutions that can achieve high collaborative innovation performance, and reached the following conclusions: (1) The cooperative innovation performance of component suppliers is the result of multiple III factors being interconnected, interacting, and integrating with each other. Opportunistic risks caused by specific investments and environmental turbulence can be offset by a combination of information sharing or joint action; (2) The conditional combination of high collaborative innovation performance results is not unique, but there are different conditional combinations. Supplier companies with different degrees of network integration must integrate external environment cameras and take different action combinations; (3) The core conditions for high cooperative innovation performance of component suppliers with high network embedding and low network embedding are different. According to the level of network embedding and environmental turbulence, dedicated investment and joint action are respectively Supplier companies achieve the core conditions for high collaborative innovation performance.Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper proposes management strategies for supplier companies to improve the performance of cooperative innovation from the perspective of network embeddedness and inter-organizational cooperation.
