至今，甘肃金融控股集团有限公司已正式运营两年，作为地方性金融控股集 团公司，承担着为甘肃省经济发展提供资本支持的重任，较好地履行了国企职责， 体现了市场价值。但随着公司的发展，为更好的适应激烈的市场竞争，根据企业 的发展特点，迫切需要制定出长远的、全面的、可持续的发展战略。 本文运用企业发展战略理论，对甘肃金融控股集团有限公司的发展战略进行 了系统研究。文中首先对研究背景和意义进行阐述，并对国内外关于金融控股集 团公司及发展战略的研究做了概述；接着介绍甘肃金融控股集团有限公司概况， 在结合相关分析工具对公司面临的外部环境、行业环境进行了阐述和分析，构建 甘肃金控外部因素评价EFE矩阵模型；又从甘肃金控内部资源及运营能力等方面 分析其关键内部影响因素，构建甘肃金控内部因素评价IFE矩阵模型。在此基础 上，构建公司战略发展的 SWOT矩阵和QSPM矩阵模型，并据此明确公司的发展 定位和战略目标，得出甘肃金控发展战略和具体实施方案，从管理、人力资源、 风险、企业文化等方面给出保障措施。 甘肃金融控股集团有限公司的发展战略研究具有重要的意义，不仅为公司的 战略决策提供参考，有利于企业获得长足有效发展，也对其他地方性金融控股集 团公司具有借鉴和启示作用。 关键词：金融控股集团、发展战略、SWOT模型、QSPM计划矩阵 MBA学位论文 作者：赵龙龙 甘肃金融控股集团有限公司发展战略研究 II DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF GANSU FINANCIAL HOLDING GROUP CO.，LTD.. This paper makes a systematic study on the development strategy of gansu financial holding group co., LTD. By using the theory of enterprise development strategy. Firstly, this paper expounds the research background and significance, and summarizes the research on financial holding group companies and their development strategies at home and abroad.
