Y公司是一家流程型化工制造企业,其主营产品P产品的产能在国内居于龙 头地位。过去我国P产品主要依靠进口,国内产业一直处于空白状态并未形成产 业化。为打破欧美国家对P产品市场的垄断优势,Y企业通过引进波兰技术并经 过20多年的自主研发和装置改造,P产品逐步实现了系列化的要求,但是产品 应用仍然属于中低端市常近年来随着汽车行业的蓬勃发展,国内汽车领域对P 产品的实际需求日益增长,Y公司为了迈入汽车行业,满足P产品的高端行业用 户的需求以及实现盈利的持续增长,需要P产品的迅速转型,即从传统的中低端 市场转向以汽车零部件为主的高端市场,而P产品转型的关键是产品质量。当前, Y公司需要有一套强有力的质量管理体系,来保障在汽车零部件市场中占据有利 地位和P产品品质的整体提升。 本文首先对Y公司的p产品质量问题和产品品质影响因素进行了分析,找出 当前公司P产品的品质不足。然后根据质量管理方法,对P产品开展质量持续改 善工作,宏观方面通过兼容性质保手册来推进Y企业质量体系的有效性,微观方 面主要通过六西格玛活动和汽车标准的培训与学习来实现,摸索出一套适合本企 业的质量管理模式。最后,P产品通过一系列对策以及具体的实施,品质得到了 有效提升并通过效果评价进行了验证,最终顺利进入汽车零部件市常本文的工 作对解决Y企业的P产品品质改善有一定的参考价值,同时能够为化工行业的类 似企业提供一定的参考价值。 关键词:质量管理体系,六西格玛,汽车标准 昆明理工大学硕士学位论文 Y公司P产品的品质改善研究 II Abstract Company Y is a process-type chemical manufacturing company. The production capacity of its main product, P product, is in the leading position in China. In the past, China's P products mainly relied on imports, and the domestic industry had been in a blank state without industrialization. In order to break the monopoly advantages of European and American countries on the P product market, through the introduction of Polish technology and more than 20 years of independent research and development and equipment transformation, P products have gradually realized serialization requirements, but product applications still belong to the low-end market. In recent years, with the vigorous development of the automotive industry, the actual demand for P products in the domestic automotive industry has been increasing. In order to enter the automotive industry, company Y meets the needs of users of high-end industries of P products and achieves sustained profit growth. Rapid transformation, that is, the transition from the traditional low-end market to the high-end market mainly composed of auto parts, and product quality is the key element of this transformation. In order to quickly occupy a favorable position in the fiercely competitive market, Company Y needs to have a strong quality management system to ensure the overall improvement of the quality of the company's P products. This article first analyzes the quality problems of P products and the influencing factors of product quality in Y company, and finds out the quality defects of P products in current company.Then, according to the quality management method, the continuous improvement of the quality of P products is carried out. The macro aspect promotes the effectiveness of Y's quality system through the compatibility warranty manual. The micro aspect is mainly achieved through Six Sigma activities and automotive standard training and learning. A set of quality management models suitable for the enterprise. Finally, through a series of countermeasures and specific implementation, the quality of the P product was effectively improved and verified through the effect evaluation. Finally, it successfully entered the auto parts market. The work of this paper has a certain reference value for the improvement of the P product quality of company Y, and can provide a certain reference value for similar companies in the chemical industry.
