在我国的国民经济体系中,以高速公路为代表的公路交通基础设施是 我国经济发展的重要支柱之一。自改革开放以来,公路行业取得了长足发 展。随着“十九大”报告提出建设交通强国的战略规划,城镇化建设加快 步伐,“一带一路”倡议深度融入,交通设施行业的发展潜力巨大。与此 同时物联网、智慧交通等新技术的发展给公路基础行业带来了新的机遇与 挑战。在此背景下,科学分析ZY交通设施工程公司的机遇与威胁、优势与 劣势,制定出合理的发展战略是实现公司可持续发展的重要保障。 本文运用 PEST 分析法、波特五力模型分析法、SWOT矩阵分析法等 方法,对ZY交通设施工程公司的内外部环境进行了分析。通过分析发现: 一是对ZY公司的内部条件分析可以梳理公司的优势与劣势,公司的优势主 要包括具有专业承包一级资质、经营时间长、有专业的劳务队伍等,公司 的劣势则主要在于客户关系维护能力较弱、财务监控能力不强以及项目经 理人才储备不足等。二是通过对ZY公司的外部环境分析得出公司所面临的 机会与威胁,公司所面临的机会主要包括国家在基础设施建设等方面的政 策利好、城镇化推进带来的市场机遇以及人民对交通安全的需求日渐增强; 公司面临的威胁主要是行业竞争激烈、劳动力成本逐年上涨压力以及材料 价格波动较大带来的不可控因素。三是基于ZY公司内部条件结合外部环境 分析最终选定采用SO增长型战略作为公司现阶段发展的总体战略,ZY公 司要紧紧抓住国家政策契机和市场机遇利好,在大好的市场环境下,根据 市场的需要,大胆、大方位的增加投入,聚焦交通设施工程行业,持续深 耕;通过横向联盟扩张方式,加强和同行之间的联合进行业务合作,与优 质的央企国企合作;要综合考虑多方面因素,提高企业的经营能力与项目 管理能力,持续提高市场占有率,增加工程业务量,提高企业效益。四是 竞争战略层面,ZY公司在竞争战略上要聚焦目标市场,采用聚焦差异化竞 II 争战略,通过持续优化服务、提供增值服务等,为客户提供独特价值。五 是从组织架构优化、人力资源管理优化、建立健全配套制度体系以及资金 保障等方面做好战略的保障措施,以期有效支撑战略落地。 关键词:交通设施工程公司 发展战略 竞争战略 III DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY RESEARCH OF ZY TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING COMPANY ABSTRACT In China's national economic system, highway traffic infrastructure represented by the highway is one of the important pillars of China's economic development. Since the reform and opening up, the road industry has made great progress. With the 19th national congress of the communist party of China (CPC) putting forward the strategic plan to build China into a powerful transport country, the pace of urbanization and the deep integration of the One Belt and One Road initiative, the development potential of the transport facilities industry is huge. At the same time, the development of new technologies such as the Internet of Things and smart transportation has brought new opportunities and challenges to the basic highway industry. Under this background, it is an important guarantee to realize sustainable development to scientifically analyze the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of ZY Transportation facilities Engineering Company and formulate reasonable development strategies. This paper Uses PEST analysis method, Porter's five Forces model analysis method, SWOT matrix analysis method and other methods to analyze the internal and external environment of ZY Transportation facilities Engineering Company. The analysis shows that: first, the external environment analysis of ZY Company can identify the opportunities and threats facing the company. The opportunities facing the company mainly include favorable policies of the country in infrastructure construction, market opportunities brought by urbanization and people's increasing demand for traffic safety. The main threats to the company are the uncontrollable factors caused by the fierce competition in the industry, the pressure of increasing labor costs year by year and the large fluctuation of material prices. Analysis of ZY company's internal environment can comb the company's advantage and disadvantage, the advantage of the company include professional contracting qualification, long operation time, have a professional service team, etc., the company's weaknesses mainly lies in IV the customer relationship maintenance ability is weak, financial monitoring ability is not strong, and project managers lack of talent pool, etc. Thirdly, based on the analysis of internal and external environment, the development strategy of ZY Company should be put forward. ZY Company should firmly seize the national policy opportunity and favorable market opportunities, increase investment boldly and extensively according to the needs of the market in a good market environment, focus on the transportation facilities engineering industry, and continue to cultivate deeply. Strengthen business cooperation with peers and cooperate with high-quality central enterprises and state-owned enterprises through horizontal integration expansion; It is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors to improve the enterprise's operation ability and project management ability, continuously improve the market share, increase the volume of engineering business, and improve the enterprise's efficiency. Fourthly, ZY company should focus on the target market and adopt the competitive strategy of focusing on differentiation to provide customers with unique value by continuously optimizing services and providing value-added services. Fifth, we should ensure the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of organizational structure optimization, human resource management optimization, establishment and improvement of supporting systems and financial support for the implementation of the strategy, so as to effectively support the implementation of the strategy.
