近年来,掌握核心科技、提升企业核心竞争力的观点受到广泛重视。尤其对 于制造智能手机的高科技企业而言,随着市场竞争的加剧,消费者对新产品新功 能的诉求加大,使产品的更新速度需要更上一个台阶。 BJXM公司是以智能手机产品发家的互联网服务和零售企业,目前随着公司 的发展壮大,产品已覆盖智能硬件、生活消费用品、教育、游戏、社交网络、文 化娱乐、医疗健康、汽车交通、金融等领域,于2018年7月9日在香港交易所 主板挂牌上市,2019年6月入选2019福布斯中国最具创新力企业榜。BJXM公司 从成立之初,就以优质的产品和创新的经营策略迅速获得市场份额,但在BJXM 公司快速发展的同时,也面临着诸多威胁与考验。本文希望通过对BJXM公司创 新战略的选择、实施和保障措施进行研究,最终对我国的企业创新战略研究提供 参考。 本文以BJXM公司为研究对象,首先通过PEST分析和波特五力模型对企业外 部环境进行分析,同时用EFE矩阵对企业外部的机会和威胁做出评价,之后从企 业内部环境进行分析,同时用IFE矩阵对企业内部的优势和劣势做出评价。 本文根据创新战略理论,将BJXM公司面临的机会和威胁、优势和劣势中的 关键因素通过QSPM量化矩阵对四种基本创新战略(渐进性创新、根本性创新、 技术系统的变革、技术—经济范式的变更)进行了比较分析,最终得出BJXM公 司应采取的渐进性创新战略。 关键词:创新战略渐进性创新QSPM量化矩阵 RESEARCHONINNOVATIONSTRATEGYOFBJXM COMPANY ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,theviewofmasteringcoretechnologyandimprovingthecore competitivenessofenterpriseshasbeenraisedmoreandmore.Especiallyfor high-techenterprises,withtheaggravationofmarketcompetition,consumers' demandsfornewproductsandnewfunctionsmaketheupdatespeedofproductsneed totakeahigherstage. BJXMcompanyisanInternetserviceandretailenterprisethatstartswithmobile phoneproducts.Atpresent,withthedevelopmentofthecompany,itsproductshave coveredintelligenthardware,consumergoods,education,games,socialnetworks, cultureandentertainment,medicalandhealthcare,automobiletransportation,finance andotherfields.ItwaslistedonthemainboardofHongKongStockExchangeon July9,2018,andwasselectedasthetopForbesChinain2019inJune2019Thelist ofinnovativeenterprises,butwiththerapiddevelopmentofBJXMcompany,italso facesmanythreatsandtests.Thispaperhopestoprovidereferencefortheresearchof innovationstrategyofChina'senterprisesthroughtheselection,implementationand guaranteemeasuresofinnovationstrategyofBJXMcompany. ThispapertakesBJXMcompanyastheresearchobject,firstdescribesthe background,significance,methodandtheoreticalbasisoftheresearch,thenanalyzes theexternalenvironmentoftheenterprisethroughPESTanalysisandPorter'sfive forcemodel,atthesametime,evaluatestheopportunitiesandthreatsoutsidethe enterprisewithEFEmatrix,thenanalyzestheinternalenvironmentoftheenterprise, andmakestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesinsidetheenterprisewithIFEmatrix Evaluation. Basedonthetheoryofinnovationstrategy,thispapermakesacomparative analysisoffourbasicinnovationstrategies(incrementalinnovation,fundamental innovation,changeoftechnologysystem,changeoftechnologyeconomyparadigm) throughQSPMquantitativematrix,andconcludesthatBJXMcompanyshouldadopt incrementalinnovationstrategy.
