世界经济全球化和贸易国际化,使得跨国跨区域间的互通有无成为经济 发展常态,而实现这种跨区域流通的物流行业在经济发展的重要性越来越突 出。发展物流运输的多式联运是经济发展的必然。当前,诸多物流企业都致 力于发展多式联运,多式联运已成为物流发展战略的重要部分,也是落实国 家物流也中长期发展规划、推进“一带一路”战略的重要抓手。 当前货物运输中,单一形式的货物运输方式已难以满足日益增加的货物 运送需求。多式联运方式同时利用多种运输方式,有效对固有运输方式实现 优势互补,降低单一方式不利影响。多式联运优势在于通过降低中间环节, 实现运货时限缩短,有效实现运输费用降低。此外,多式联运是实现货物“门 到门”运送的择优途径,通过发挥各种运输方式所长和各种运输方式的接力 运输,不仅提高运输的质量,也提升物流服务的效率。 本文主要的研究内容是研究中集凯通(苏州)公司多式联运发展研究。 通过对多式联运发展的背景分析及有关研究的文献综述,采用文献研究和案 例研究相结合的研究方法,首先对中集凯通(苏州)公司的发展现状和面临 的问题进行分析,阐述公司经营业务和发展现状,并对公司面临的问题进行 了论证,论证发展多式联运的必要性;其次,采用战略分析方法对公司面临 的战略环境进行分析,从外部宏观环境进行PEST分析,中观环境的行业环境 分析,同时对中集凯通(苏州)公司的内部资源和能力从人力资源、物流配 套、合作方、声誉等方面进行阐述,从内外环境分析进行公司战略的SWOT 归结,为战略分析提供基础;在此基础上提出中集凯通(苏州)公司发展多 式联运的发展战略制定,并制定具体的策略措施,提出实施保障。 发展多式联运不仅对行业内物流企业发展具有积极意义,同时对于整个 物流行业的发展及社会经济的推动同样具有积极作用。对物流企业提升市场 竞争非常有利,并帮助企业有效进行供应链整合,为中集凯通(苏州)公司 的长远发展提供支撑和保障,同时也为物流行业中同类企业的发展提供借鉴 作用。 关键词:物流企业;多式联运;发展研究 哈尔滨工业大学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Theglobalizationoftheworldeconomyandtheinternationalizationoftrade havemadetheinter-regionalinter-regionalexchangesbecomethenormof economicdevelopment,andtheimportanceofrealizingthiscross-regional logisticsindustryineconomicdevelopmenthasbecomeincreasinglyprominent. Thedevelopmentofmultimodaltransportoflogisticsandtransportationisthe inevitableresultofeconomicdevelopment.Atpresent,manylogisticscompanies arecommittedtothedevelopmentofmultimodaltransport,multimodaltransport hasbecomeanimportantpartofthelogisticsdevelopmentstrategy,butalsoan importantstartingpointfortheimplementationofthenationallogisticsalsoin themediumandlong-termdevelopmentplanning,andpromotethe"Beltand Road"strategy. Inthecurrenttransportationofgoods,asingleformofcargotransportation hasbeendifficulttomeettheincreasingdemandforcargotransportation.The multimodaltransportmodeutilizesmultiplemodesoftransportationatthesame time,effectivelycomplementingtheinherentmodesoftransportationand reducingtheadverseeffectsofasinglemode.Theadvantageofmultimodal transportisthatbyreducingtheintermediatelinks,thedeliverytimelimitis shortened,andthetransportationcostiseffectivelyreduced.Inaddition, multimodaltransportisthepreferredwaytoachievecargo-to-doortransportation. Byutilizingthevarioustransportationmodesandthevariousmodesoftransport, itnotonlyimprovesthequalityoftransportation,butalsoimprovesthe efficiencyoflogisticsservices.
