I 摘要 供应链金融是商业银行为中小企业量身打造的一种融资方式,它能有效地缓解中 小企业融资难的问题,它是运用供应链管理理念和方法,以真实的交易为前提,为供 应链链条上核心企业的上下游提供金融服务,从而提高整个链条的竞争能力。华夏银 行顺应市场行情推出了供应链金融业务—“共赢链”产品体系,该品牌契合了华夏银 行多年来所秉承的“中小企业金融服务商”的战略定位,经过几年的发展,树立了良 好的口碑和市场影响力。但近几年国际经济形势错综复杂,国内经济发展进入新常态, 利率市场化进程不断推进,互联网金融快速发展,金融科技跨界融合趋势明显,国内 金融行业竞争加剧,这些对供应链金融业务的发展提出新的要求,也给供应链金融带 来了新的活力,如何更好的利用供应链金融业务批量化开发客户、规模化开发中小企 业市尝创新金融产品与服务能力、改善资产质量及盈利能力、借助新技术让供应链 金融业务焕发新活力,成为华夏银行对公业务下一阶段发展的重中之重。本文基于华 夏银行供应链金融业务在发展过程中遇到的问题为导向,探究解决当前华夏银行供应 链金融业务发展过程中遇到问题的对策,提出对策实施的保障措施,促进华夏银行供 应链金融业务健康、持续发展,更好的服务实体经济,服务民营企业。 本文首先阐述国内外供应链金融的基础理论,重点对供应链金融的定义、起因、 优势以及主要的运作模式进行阐述,搭建本文的理论基矗然后详细介绍了华夏银行 供应链金融业务—“共赢链”产品体系的内容及特点,与其他商业银行和机构的供应 链金融业务进行比较分析,其次指出现阶段华夏银行供应链金融业务宏观及微观两方 面所遇到的问题:宏观上,通过对供应链金融业务发展的外部环境进行PEST分析, 分析出目前供应链金融业务的发展深受国家关注,肩负着缓解中小企业融资难的重 担,但是在新技术、新经济形势、新产业结构等压力下,也同样面临巨大的转型升级 压力;微观上,华夏银行供应链金融业务的发展面临着传统业务模式遇阻、新技术利 用不足、信贷资源支持减少等问题,制约了业务发展。然后针对华夏银行供应链金融 业务所面临的问题,提出可行性解决方案,主要从传统业务的升级应用、加强利用新 技术、低耗高效产品开发等三个方面,具体探讨了服务性保理、商票质押、银商通、 双保理、银租通等业务模式,提出可行性建议及改进方案。最后,从营销管理机制、 人才储备专业能力提升、风险防控与防范等三方面提出解决方案的保障措施。 华夏银行供应链金融业务面临的问题与对策 II 由于供应链金融本身涉及的内容较为广泛,而且当前形势错综复杂,再加上本人 学识有限,本文的研究还存在一些不足,还有进一步拓展的空间。第一、华夏银行供 应链金融结合区域特点和当地分行业务结构开展特色业务,该部分可有进一步研究; 第二、本文主要从业务模式角度出发探究供应链金融业务发展,业务详细的操作流程 还应在大量试点运行后不断改正。 关键词:华夏银行;供应链金融;“共赢链”; Abstract III Abstract Supply chain finance is a kind of financing method that commercial Banks in order to small and medium enterprises (SMEs).To some extent, it has solved the financing difficulties of SMEs. Used supply chain management concepts and methods, it provides financial services to the upstream and downstream of core enterprises in the supply chain under a real deal to improves the competitiveness of the whole chain. Huaxia bank followed the market and launched the supply chain finance business--Gong Ying Lian product system. The brand conforms to the strategic positioning of Huaxia bank-- “a financial service provider for SMEs”. After several years of development, it got a good reputation and market influence.In recent years, the international economic situation is complicated. Domestic economic development has entered a new normal. Interest rate liberalization is progressing. Internet finance has developed rapidly. FinTech(financial technology)have a clear trend of cross-border integration, and competition in the domestic financial industry has intensified. The above points make new demands for the development of supply chain finance business, and it also brings new vitality to supply chain finance. For Huaxia bank, how to use supply chain finance business to develop customers quantitatively, how to develop the market of SMEs, how to innovate financial products and service capabilities, how to improve asset quality and profitability, how to develop the supply chain finance business with the help of new technology,these will be the most important to the next stage of the company's business development. First of all, this paper focuses on the definition, causes, advantages and major operational modes of supply chain finance on the theoretical basis at home and abroad about supply chain finance. These constitute the theoretical basis of this paper .Then the content and characteristics of Huaxia bank supply chain finance business (Gong Ying Lian product system) are introduced in detail. And compared with other commercial Banks and institutions in supply chain finance business. Then this paper point out the problems in both macro and micro aspects of supply chain finance of Huaxia bank at present. Macroscopically, the external environment of supply chain financial business development is analyzed by PEST analysis. The development of supply chain finance is concerned by the country right now. It bears the burden of easing the financing difficulties of SMEs. However, under the pressure of new technology, new economic situation and new industrial structure, it is also facing great pressure of transformation and upgrading. At the micro level, the development of supply chain financial business of Huaxia bank is confronted with problems such as difficulties in traditional business model, insufficient utilization of new technologies and reduced support of credit resources. These restrict the development of business. Then, this paper put forward feasible solutions to the problems 华夏银行供应链金融业务面临的问题与对策 IV facing Huaxia bank's supply chain finance business. It mainly consists of four aspects: upgrading application of traditional business, strengthening the use of new technologies, and developing low-consumption and efficient products. The business models such as service factoring, pledge of commercial acceptance drafts, bank e-commerce cooperation, double factoring and bank leasing cooperation are discussed in detail. And propose feasible suggestions and improvement plan. Finally, it puts forward the safeguard measures of solutions from three aspects: marketing management mechanism, talent reserve and professional capacity improvement, risk prevention and control and prevention. Supply chain finance itself involves a wide range of contents, and the current situation is complicated. At the same time, my knowledge is limited. So the study of this paper still has some deficiencies, and there is room for further development. Firstly, the development of supply chain finance of Huaxia bank should be further combined with regional characteristics. This part can be further studied .Different featured businesses can be combined with the characteristics of regional economy and structure of branches. Secondly, this paper mainly explores the development of supply chain financial business from the perspective of business model, and the detailed operation process of business should be corrected after a large number of actual operation.
