民办高校辅导员作为高等教育管理队伍中的重要一员,其职业能力的高低将直接 影响高校立德树人目标的实现。随着社会发展,大学生管理工作面临新的挑战,而大 学生的成长与辅导员的能力息息相关,此时的辅导员工作压力越来越大,对职业能力 的要求越来越高。所以,提升辅导员职业能力是当下民办高校迫在眉捷的工作。因此, 本文对民办高校辅导员职业能力提升策略研究就显得十分有意义。 本文以石家庄 L 学院辅导员为研究对象,根据《高校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》 的相关要求,结合孙宇(2017)等人的研究,经过修正后构建出民办高校辅导员职业 能力评价体系,包括基础职业能力、群体工作能力、专业指导能力、发展提升能力、 职业道德表现能力这 5 项一级指标和 17 项二级指标。应用层次分析法对民办高校辅 导员职业能力评价体系进行权重分析。运用问卷调查法收集辅导员调查问卷的各项数 据,利用模糊综合评价法,对接受问卷调查的石家庄 L 学院辅导员老师职业能力进行 评价,发现其存在的问题并从国家、社会、学校及辅导员自身四个方面提出提升民办 高校辅导员职业能力的策略。 本文在指标体系构建方面,结合民办高校具体情况,创新性地提出将民办辅导员 教育管理能力、民办高校集体建设能力、民办教育舆论宣传能力、民办教育统筹协调 能力、民办高校招生创收能力、民办高校企业文化认同作为衡量辅导员职业能力的标 准,将定量分析应用于民办高校辅导员的职业能力评价中,打破局限在教育范畴分析 辅导员职业能力的现状。 关键字:民办高校 辅导员 职业能力提升 模糊综合评价法III ABSTRACT As an important member of the management team of higher education, private college counselors' professional ability will directly affect the realization of the goal of moral education. With the development of society, the management of college students is facing new challenges, and the growth of college students is closely related to the ability of counselors. At this time, the pressure of counselors is increasing, and the requirements for professional ability are higher and higher. Therefore, to improve the professional ability of counselors is an urgent task for private colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper is of great significance to the study of the strategies to improve the professional ability of private college counselors. This paper takes the counselors of Shijiazhuang l College as the research object, according to the relevant requirements of "professional ability standards for College Counselors (Provisional)" and the research of Sun Yu (2017), after revision, it constructs the evaluation system of professional ability of private college counselors, including basic vocational ability, group work ability, professional guidance ability, development and promotion ability, and professional ethics performance There are 5 second level indicators and 17 third level indicators. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the weight of the evaluation system of counselors' professional ability in private colleges and universities. Using the method of questionnaire survey to collect the data of the counselor questionnaire, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper evaluates the professional ability of the counselors in Shijiazhuang l College, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding solutions from the four aspects of the state, society, school and counselors themselves. In the aspect of index system construction, combined with the specific situation of private colleges and universities, this paper innovatively puts forward that the ability of private colleges and universities to recruit students to generate income and the corporate cultural identity of private colleges and universities should be taken as the standard to measure the professional ability of counselors, and quantitative analysis should be applied to the evaluation of counselors' professional ability, so as to break the limitation of education and analyze the current situation of counselors' professional ability.
