面对激烈的国内外竞争环境,人力资源作为当代企业经营管理中的战略性资 源,其重要性不言而喻。员工招聘是组织获取人力资源最直接的方式,其效果将 直接影响着企业未来的生产经营发展,在劳动力密集的服装行业表现尤为突出。 基于此,服装企业目前经营发展中需要重点探究和解决的问题是如何通过提高员 工招聘效果来满足企业各类人才的需求,而提升企业招聘效果的关键在于发现当 前企业招聘管理现状存在的问题并提供针对性优化措施。B公司是广东深圳一家自 有品牌服装企业,目前位于转型升级的关键阶段,但其招聘管理工作中存在较多 问题正制约着公司的进一步发展,优化招聘管理体系成为其迫切的需求。 本文采用问卷调查和访谈沟通法、案例分析法和文献检索法,选择B公司作 为研究对象,探究B公司在招聘管理方面存在的问题,并针对问题探究成因,进 而能够提出有针对性的优化措施,以改进B公司在招聘管理上存在的不足,帮助 B公司招聘到适应公司发展需要的人才,促进公司能高质量的发展壮大。同时也希 望通过此次的研究能够帮助在招聘管理上有类似问题的企业,尤其是和B公司有 类似服装类型的企业问题。 本文通过了解B公司基本经营情况和基本人力资源情况后,结合胜任力理论、 匹配理论、评价理论,运用调查问卷和访谈沟通等研究方法,深入分析B公司在 招聘管理工作的现状并发掘其存在的问题,例如招聘工作缺乏计划性、岗位分析 不足、招募甄选环节缺乏专业性以及缺乏有效的招聘效果评估等,并且分析了产 生这些问题的原因。针对存在的问题,联系理论和实际,提出了按照组织人力资 源规划拟定招聘计划、强化岗位分析、优化招募甄选方式以及完善招聘效果评估 机制的优化方案。针对优化方案从人员、制度、技术和观念四个方面给出了相应 的保障举措,以保障方案能够顺利实施。 关键词:招聘管理;招聘流程;人力资源规划 II Abstract Facingthefiercecompetitionathomeandabroad,humanresources,asthe strategicresourcesinthemanagementofcontemporaryenterprises,isplayingan importantrole.Staffrecruitment,whichisthemostdirectwaytoobtainhuman resources,willdirectlyaffectthefutureproductionandoperation,especiallyforthe laborintensiveslikeclothingindustry.Onthissituation,themainissueneedstostudy andsolveonthedevelopmentofclothingindustryishowtomeetthedemandofall kindsoftalentbyimprovingtheeffectofstaffrecruitment,whichdependsonfinding theexistingproblemsandprovidingcorrespondingmeasuresontherecruitmentsystem ofenterprises.ThecompanyBisaclothingenterprisewithprivatebrandinShenzhen, GuangdongProvince.Itiscurrentlyinthekeystageoftransformationandupgrading. However,therearemanyproblemsinitsworkofrecruitmentmanagementwhichis restrictingthefurtherdevelopmentofthecompany.Theneedforoptimizingthe recruitmentmanagementsystemisurgent. Thisarticleusesthemethodsofquestionnairesurvey,interviewcommunication, caseanalysisanddocumentretrieval,withcompanyBasitstheresearchobject,to exploretheproblemsandcausesinrecruitmentmanagementofcompanyB,andthento proposetargetedoptimizationmeasurestoimprovetheshortcomingsofrecruitment management,andhelpcompanyBrecruittalentsmeetingtheneedsofthecompany's development,soastopromotethedevelopmentofthecompanyandgrowfaster.Atthe sametime,Ihopethatthisresearchcanhelpenterpriseswithsimilarproblemsin recruitmentmanagement,especiallythosesimilartocompanyBinclothingenterprises. After,understandingthebasicinformationofoperationandhumanresourcesof companyB,thisarticlecombinescompetencytheory,matchingtheoryandevaluation theory,usestheresearchmethodsofquestionnaireandinterviewcommunicationto deeplyanalyzetherecruitmentmanagementstatusofcompanyBandexplorethe existingproblemsanditscauses,suchaslackofplanning,insufficientpositionanalysis, unprofessionalandineffectiveanalysisontheeffectofrecruitmentandsoon.Aimingat theseproblems,theauthor,firstlycombinesthetheorywithpractice,andthenputs forwardtheoptimizationplanofformulatingrecruitmentplan,strengtheningposition analysis,optimizingrecruitmentselectionmethodandimprovingtheevaluation mechanismofrecruitmenteffectaccordingtotheplayofhumanresourceorganization.
