钣金加工市场已经由过去的大批量、低精度生产转向多品种、少 批量及高精度方向。客户对于产品品质要求以及服务要求越来越高, 为此钣金加工企业必须在策略上作出调整。钣金加工企业在积极调整 客户管理以及开发思路,由过去的大批量生产转向高品质生产,同时 可以细分钣金市场获取更多份额。随着客户对产品品质要求的提升, 钣金加工企业对于自动化设备更新换代的需求也越来越多,对新技术 的需求和智能化数字化改造也在增加。 对于制造业企业来说,“智能 制造”是企业未来重点发展的方向,对于钣金行业来说也是如此。 廷柏科技主要产品是围绕钣金加工行业提供上下料辅助设备、仓 储设备及软件,重点提高上下料效率和减轻工人劳动强度。2018年 以来,欧美及国内大型钣金加工设备供应商都在积极转型。他们从单 纯的设备供应商向更智能化和数字化工厂发展,为钣金加工行业客户 提供了更高水准的设备及整体解决方案。廷柏科技面对这样的竞争环 境变化改如何制定适合自己的竞争战略? 本文以廷柏科技作为课题研究对象,运用PEST模型、五力模型 和内外部因素评价矩阵等工具对企业所处的内外部环境进行分析,找 出影响企业发展的因素。利用SWOT矩阵,分析了企业所面对的机 会、威胁、优势和劣势,明确了未来企业的竞争战略。运用价值分析, 价值曲线对企业未来发展中的各项关键元素进行取舍。最后导入平衡 计分卡,规划了企业在财务、客户、内部流程以及学习成长等4个方 面的绩效指标体系,确保廷柏科技能在今后各项经营活动中始终贯穿 企业战略规划、实现企业的战略目标。 本课题的研究从实际案例出发,对于提升廷柏科技乃至整个金属 钣金加工行业核心竞争力与团队建设能力等方面具有一定的借鉴意 义,并对钣金行业供给侧改革有着一定的指导意义。 关键词:廷柏科技,发展战略,竞争优势,核心竞争力,差异化战略 THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY DISQUISITION OF TB-TECHNOLOGY ABSTRACT The sheet metal processing market has changed from mass and low precision production to multi-variety, small batch and high precision. Customers are increasingly demanding for product quality and service, so sheet metal processing enterprises must make strategic adjustments. Sheet metal processing enterprises actively adjust customer management and development ideas, from the past mass production to high-quality production, while subdividing the sheet metal market to obtain more shares. With the improvement of customer's requirement for product quality, sheet metal processing enterprises need more and more equipment renewal, the demand for new technology and intelligent digital transformation are also increasing. For manufacturing enterprises, "intelligent manufacturing" is the future focus of the development of the direction of the sheet metal industry is the same. In recent years, as a new processing method, laser technology has occupied most of the market share in the field of sheet metal processing. Experts believe that laser cutting is a technological revolution in sheet metal processing, its high degree of flexibility, cutting speed, high production efficiency, product production cycle is short, won a wide market for customers. At present, the main products of TingBai Science and Technology are the auxiliary equipment for loading and unloading materials provided by laser cutting equipment, focusing on improving the efficiency of loading and unloading materials and reducing the labor intensity of workers. In this paper, TingBai Science and Technology as the research object, the use of PEST model, five force model and internal and external factors evaluation matrix tools to analyze the internal and external environment of enterprises, to find out the factors affecting the development of enterprises. By using SWOT matrix, this paper analyzes the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by enterprises, and defines the development direction of enterprises in the future. Combined with the vision and mission of the enterprise, the strategy of differentiation strategy is put forward. Use value analysis and value curve to choose the key elements in the future development of enterprises. Finally, the Balanced Scorecard is introduced to plan the performance index system of the enterprise in four aspects: finance, customers, internal processes and learning and growth, so as to ensure that Timberlake Science and Technology can run through the enterprise strategic planning and achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise in all future business activities.
