探究国内外一流企业的管理经营，不难发现，信息化已经是一项重中之重的工 作，不断发展的信息化技术与先进的管理思想在充分融合后，产生出一系列推动企 业生产优化、业务优化、组织优化、决策提升、管理提升的创新办法。这对企业的 发展有着重要的意义，在激烈的市场竞争中，信息技术已经成为各个企业的重要基 石。目前，X公司的信息化水平已经无法满足其生产发展和管控升级的需要，因此， X公司提出了“加强信息化建设，服务生产经营”的发展战略，将信息化作为引导 业务工作的关键要素，提高公司的整体运行效率和效益。 本文以X公司为研究对象，聚焦其信息化发展现状，根据现场调研了解的实际 情况和通过访谈提炼的管理决策层所关心的关键问题，提出信息化优化办法。统筹 考虑X公司的跨区域的生产经营管控特点，充分调研了其信息化现状，包括其股份 公司管理层以及各子公司生产制造单元。针对其存在的问题，分析问题原因，以企 业信息化效用论、资产论、风险论及PDCA为理论基础，以“提升公司信息化整体管 控水平、优化企业信息化系统”为目标，对X公司信息化建设提出了优化解决方案。 其中信息化系统优化研究是企业信息化的主体工程，本文主要根据X公司信息化现 状，进行了公司整体信息化架构的优化研究，并对主要信息化系统对公司管理升级 的支撑作用进行了分析。 通过对优化方案的研究，期望为X公司信息化建设提供可靠支撑，提高X公司 的整体信息化水平，促进X公司生产经营管控发展。本设计研究可对同类型钢铁企 业信息化建设提供有意义的借鉴和参考。 ? 关键词??信息化；组织机构；决策支持；信息系统；技术合作? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
