I 论文题目:交通银行A分行信用卡业务欺诈风险控制研究 学科名称:工商管理 研 究 生:武广涛 签 名: 指导教师:朱宗乾 教授 签 名: 摘要 我国信用卡产业的起步较晚,起步期很艰难,在不断的发展过程中,成为当前发卡量 达9.7亿张的巨大发展潜力的市场。人们的消费观念发生了变化,越来越多的人开始习惯 用信用卡进行交易,这为发卡行带来了巨大的客户规模。但伴随快速发展的同时也带来了 新的挑战,信用卡是一种先消费,再付款的模式。持卡人的还款能力等因素直接关系着信 用卡产业的健康发展。这让信用卡业务面临着越来越多的风险,其中欺诈风险就是一项非 常常见的风险之一。近年来,交通银行A分行信用卡规模在不断的扩张,得到了快速的 发展。但在前期,交通银行A分行故意降低发卡的申请门槛来赢得更高的发卡量。在短 期内可以看到一定的收益,但长期来看弊端尽出,面临欺诈风险越来越严峻。对此,如何 对信用卡欺诈风险进行有效的控制成为各大银行所关注的话题。 本文以交通银行A分行为主要研究对象,对其信用卡业务欺诈风险控制展开了研究。 首先,对本文的研究背景和研究意义进行了介绍,对国内外学者有关信用卡欺诈风险控制 的研究进行了整理,为本文的研究提供了一定的借鉴意义、并对信用卡欺诈、信用卡欺诈 特点进行了理论分析,阐述了本文研究的相关理论,包括信用脆弱性理论、信息不对称理 论以及委托代理理论,为本文的研究奠定了充足的理论基础;然后,从业务规模、业务结 构以及业务收益三个方面分析了当前交通银行信用卡业务的发展概况,分析该行当前面临 的主要欺诈风险以及欺诈风险现状,从内部流程、控制手段等方面分析了交通银行A分 行信用卡业务欺诈风险控制现状。通过调查和分析,找到交通银行A分行信用卡业务欺 诈风险控制的问题,并针对于这些问题找到具体的原因所在;最后,结合交通银行A分 行的实际情况,提出具体的应对措施来解决当前信用卡欺诈风险控制问题,对欺诈风险进 行有效的控制,并提出有效的保障措施。 关键词:欺诈风险;风险控制;商业银行;信息不对称 Abstract II Title: Study on the risk control of credit card fraud in Bank of communications a branch Major:Master of Business Administration Name:Guangtao WU Signature: Supervisor:Prof. Zongqian ZHU Signature: Abstract China's credit card industry started late, the initial period is very difficult, in the process of continuous development, become the current number of cards issued to 970 million huge development potential market.
