I 摘要 发展战略的制定对于企业的意义非常重要,尤其是在市场竞争如此激烈的今 天,如何制定出符合当前形势切实可行的发展战略成为企业发展的关键。CH经 贸有限公司成立二十年,是一家主营勘探设备及其相关配件材料的企业,刚创办 不久的CH公司凭借着对市场的准确判断和国家政策的支持,积累了一定的资金 和客户资源,让公司在过后的很长时间内得以稳定的发展,但过去几年中,随着 我国经济增速的放缓,采矿行业的持续走低,加之互联网对传统贸易企业的冲击, 使得CH公司的业务出现萎缩,需求减少,另外用工成本及其他成本的增加也给 公司的运营带来了很大的影响,在这样整体低迷的形势下,CH公司需要对发展 战略作出新的规划。 在本文中,笔者所用研究方法是文献研究、理论探讨、比较分析、总结归纳 以及案例分析,通过文献查阅,了解国内外先进的发展战略,并对其进行总结应 用,在对企业发展战略案例研究分析的基础上,构建出企业CH公司的相关发展 战略并制定出保障其实施的相关措施。 本文通过对勘探设备市场的分析,以战略管理的流程为依据,结合相关的战 略管理理论,对CH公司发展中的问题进行归纳总结和分析研究,在符合自身情 况的条件下找出对公司有利的政策,根据公司的优劣势合理的制定公司发展战 略。本文同过对CH公司的宏观环境分析和五力模型分析对公司的外部环境和内 部环境进行了分析,通过SOWT分析法研究适合公司的发展战略,最终制定出解 决方案,给企业的发展确立方向。 关键词:民营企业;发展战略;国际化战略 Abstract II Abstract Theformulationofthedevelopmentstrategyisveryimportantforthe significanceoftheenterprise.Especiallyintoday'sfiercemarketcompetition,howto formulateadevelopmentstrategythatisinlinewiththecurrentsituationandbecome akeytothedevelopmentofthecompany.Establishedfor20years,chTradingCo., Ltd.isacompanymainlyengagedinexplorationequipmentandrelatedaccessories. Thecompanythathasjustbeenfoundedhasaccumulatedcertainfundsandcustomer resourceswithitsaccuratejudgmentonthemarketandsupportfromnationalpolicies. Toallowthecompanytodevelopsteadilyforalongtimeafterwards,butinthepast fewyears,withtheslowdownofChina’seconomicgrowth,theminingindustry’s continueddecline,coupledwiththeimpactoftheInternetontraditionaltrading companies,hasmadethecompany’sThebusinesshasshrunk,demandhasdecreased, andtheincreaseinlaborcostsandothercostshasalsohadagreatimpactonthe company'soperations.Inthisoveralldownturn,thecompanyneedstomakenew plansforitsdevelopmentstrategy. Inthispaper,theresearchmethodsusedbytheauthorareliteratureresearch, theoreticaldiscussion,comparativeanalysis,summaryinductionandcaseanalysis. Throughliteraturereview,weunderstandtheadvanceddevelopmentstrategiesat homeandabroad,andsummarizeandapplytheminthecasestudyofenterprise developmentstrategy.Onthebasisoftheanalysis,therelevantdevelopmentstrategy ofthecompanychcompanyisconstructedandrelevantmeasurestoensureits implementationareformulated.
