随着新经济时代的高速发展,企业相互之间的竞争也日趋的激烈起来,而人 才已然成为关乎着企业成长与发展的重要因素,很多企业开始重视员工的培训。 培训可以提高员工的整体素质,在社会和市场环境都不断改变的情况下,人力资 源管理以这种形式作为企业投资,来使人效能够达到最大。 本文以抚顺MKL公司为案例,以员工培训问题研究为主线,从绪论开篇,先 主要对研究背景和意义、国内外现有相关文献的内容、研究的内容和方法以论文 的创新之处进行了介绍及阐述。再对公司内部员工培训所涉及的理论进行了概述, 为下文的研究提供了有效的依据,并在此基础上对公司内部员工培训的相关内容 进行深入分析,梳理了公司内部员工培训的概念和相关理论。紧接着分析了抚顺 MKL公司内部员工培训现状,首先进行了公司概述,然后通过目前公司内部员工 培训的内容、方式、周期、考核和评估、效果进行了全面的剖析。再通过问卷设 计及调查梳理出公司内部员工培训存在的问题,并对其成因进行了全面的分析。 接下来从抚顺MKL公司自身出发,结合公司的性质提出了完善公司内部员工培训 的对策。 最后在结论和对未来研究的展望中,主要对本文研究的内容进行了一个简单 的回顾,总结相应的结论,并且提出研究展望。 关键词:员工培训;调查问卷;家居行业 Abstract Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheneweconomicera,competitionamong enterprisesisbecomingincreasinglyfierce,andtalenthasbecomeanimportantfactor relatedtothegrowthanddevelopmentofenterprises.Manyenterpriseshavebegunto attachimportancetoemployeetraining.Trainingcanimprovetheoverallqualityof employees.Underthecircumstancesthatthesocietyandthemarketenvironmentare constantlychanging,humanresourcesmanagementusesthisformasanenterprise investmenttomaximizehumaneffectiveness. Inthispaper,withthecaseofFushunMKL,themainlineofthestudyonthe trainingofstaffisgiven.Thebackgroundandsignificanceoftheresearcharethemain researchbackgroundandsignificance.Thecontentsandmethodsoftheresearchare introducedanddiscussedinthepaper.Thepaperalsoprovidesanoverviewofthe theoryofthecompany'sinternalstafftraining,andprovidesaneffectivebasisforthe followingresearch.Onthebasisofthis,therelevantcontentofthestafftraininginthe marketisanalyzed,andtheconceptofthestafftraininginthemarketisstudied.The theoreticalbasisofthetrainingofthestaffinthemarketisanalyzed.Thentheinternal stafftrainingofFushunMKLisanalyzed.Thecurrentsituationoftraining,firstofall, anoverviewofthemall,andthenthroughthecurrentshoppingmallinternalstaff trainingcontent,methods,cycle,assessmentandevaluation,theeffectofa comprehensiveanalysis.Thenthroughquestionnairedesignandinvestigation,this papercombstheexistingproblemsofstafftraininginshoppingmalls,andmakesa comprehensiveanalysisofitscauses.Then,startingfromFushunMKLCompanyitself, combinedwiththenatureofthecompany,thispaperputsforwardsome countermeasurestoimprovethetrainingofemployeesinshoppingmalls.
