I 摘要 当今社会是一个知识快速发展更新的时代,社会经济飞速发展,科学技术不 断创新,人们对安全的认知也在不断地提高。随着时代的发展,生产企业的经营 者和管理人员对本企业的安全也越来越重视,但是企业安全事故仍然偶有发生, 企业的安全管理直接影响着企业的生存和发展。现代快速发展的信息化与工业化 大大提高了生存原料的利用效率,与此同时,信息化与工业化对传统的、简单的 企业安全管理方法提出了新的挑战,企业要想立足社会并长足发展,必须要紧跟 社会发展步伐,顺应社会发展趋势。时刻关注企业自身生产水准以及生产技术的 变化,分析企业现有的安全管理体系的运行情况是否满足已有的变化,研究有效 可行的改进方法,进一步科学的完善企业现有安全管理体系,使之与企业的发展 相匹配,这是现代企业生存和发展所面临的亟待解决的一个问题。 本文以HY防护用品有限公司为研究对象,以公司的安全管理作为个案分析 对象,通过文献综述法对国内外关于企业安全管理的研究成果及安全管理相关理 论知识进行总结,通过调查问卷法和实证研究法具体介绍并分析了该企业现有的 安全管理体系及其运行现状,然后对该企业现在安全管理过程中存在的问题与不 足进行了探讨和分析。结合有关理论以及其他企业构建安全管理体系的先进经验 提出了HY防护用品有限公司安全管理的改进措施,希望能够为同行业的其他企 业改进企业自身安全管理提供一些参考价值。 关键词:HY防护用品有限公司;安全管理;改进措施 Abstract II Abstract Today'ssocialknowledgedevelopsandupdatesrapidly,Withtherapid developmentofsocialeconomyandcontinuousinnovationofscienceandtechnology, people'scognitionofsafetyisalsoconstantlyimproving.Althoughenterprise managershavepaymoreattentiontothesafetyofproductionnow,productionsafety accidentsstillhappenoccasionally.Managementofsafetyproductiondirectlyaffects thesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises.TodayTherapiddevelopmentof informationtechnologyandindustrializationhasgreatlyimprovedtheutilization efficiencyofproductionmaterial,Atthesametime,theyposenewchallengestothe traditionalandsimplemanagementmethodsofproductionsafetyinenterprise.For survivalandLong-termdevelopment,theenterprisesmustkeepupwiththepaceof developmentandfollowthedevelopmenttrend.Improvetheproductionsafetyof enterprisesaccordingtothechangesofproductionlevelsandtheproduction process,andbuildascientificandperfectproductionsafetymanagementsystem,this hasbecomeanurgentproblemneedtobesolvedforthedevelopmentofmodern enterprises.
