如今数字经济已日渐成为全球经济发展的重要议题,迈向数字经济社会的重 要手段则聚焦于企业数字化转型。然而企业数字化转型是一个长期的发展 过程, 从总体上看我国企业在数字化建设和转型过程中还存在不少阻碍和问题,例如企 业家对数字化的理解不统一,对企业数字化现状、定位和发展路径不明确等。因 此,现阶 段迫切需要探索数字化转型理论以及与此相适应的企业数字化评估方法 以推动实践发展。 基于上述背景本论文首先对数字化、数字化转型以及数字化成熟度的国内外 有关文献进 行跟踪分析,在深入探讨企业数字化评价体系的基础上,选取成熟度 视角构建了企业数字化成熟度概念和分析框架;通过实地调研访谈,根据指标选 择原则,提炼和筛选出数字 化成熟度评价指标,开发了一种名为DMM(Digital Maturity Model)的数字化成熟度模型。该模型包括5个关键过程域(战略与组 织、基础设施、业务流程与管理数字化、综合集 成、数字化绩效)、19个一级指 标和63个二级指标,同时将企业数字化成熟度分为五个等级(初始级、成长级、 提升级、综合集成级和持续改善级)。随后运用层次分析法完成 对企业数字化成 熟度指标体系的权重计算,并利用模糊评价综合法构建了企业数字化成熟度的模 糊综合评价模型。最后以H企业为实例,以建立的模糊综合评价模型为基础,通 过对H企业内部管理人员发放问卷的方式收集相关数据,综合评价 H企业的数 字化成熟度,并依据结论为其提供相应的建议。 该模型较为全面地反映了数字经济背景下企业的数字 化水平,对其应用可以 系统诊断企业数字化建设中存在的问题并为企业转型升级提供战略指导。同时通 过DMM研究,能有效地丰富及改善对能力成熟度的评估方式,在模拟国内实 际 情况中能尝试着更客观科学地去探讨数字化转型理论,有着非常可观的研究价值。 关键词:数字化,数字化转型,能力成熟度模型(CMM),企业数字化评价体系 杭州电子科 技大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Nowadays, the digital economy has become an important issue in the development of the global economy. The important means of moving to the digital economy and society is to focus on the digital transformation of enterprises. However, the digital transformation of enterprises is a long-term development process. Generally speaking, there are still many obstacles and problems in the process of digital construction and transformation of Chinese enterprises. For example, the entrepreneurs’ understanding of digitalization is not uniform, and the status quo, positioning and development path of enterprise digitalization is not clear and so on. Therefore, at this stage, it is urgent to explore the theory of digital transformation and the corresponding digital evaluation methods of enterprises to promote the development of practice. Based on the above background, the author firstly traces and analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures on digitalization, digital transformation and digital maturity. Based on the in-depth study of the enterprise digital evaluation system, his paper selects the maturity perspective to construct the enterprise digital maturity concept and analysis framework. Then research team identifies key process areas and specific evaluation metrics through literature research and panelist review. In further, the digital maturity model (DMM) has been developed. This model includes five key process areas (strategy and organization, infrastructure, business process and management digitalization, integrated integration, digital performance), 19 primary indicators and 63 secondary indicators, while dividing the enterprise digital maturity into five levels (initial level, growth level, promotion level, integrated integration level, and continuous improvement level). Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the enterprise's digital maturity index system, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise digital maturity is constructed by using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the author takes H enterprise as an example. The author based on the established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model evaluates the digital maturity of H by collecting the relevant data of internal management employee of H enterprises. The author provides the corresponding advice according to the conclusions. The model comprehensively reflects the digital level of enterprises under the 杭州电子科技大学硕士学位论文 III digital economy. Its application can systematically diagnose the existing problems in the digital construction of enterprises and provide strategic guidance for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. At the same time, through the DMM research, it can effectively enrich and improve the way of assessing the maturity of the ability. In the simulation of the actual situation in China, we can try to explore the digital transformation theory more objectively and scientifically, which has very considerable research value.
