创新创业已经成为新时代中国发展的国家战略,其内容、形式等在潜移默化 中发生着巨大的变化,内部创业成为学者们研究的新方向,但国内相关研究起步 较晚,仍然缺乏实证研究,存在着巨大的研究空间和价值。内部创业动机往往是 创业行为的先导,而创业行为成功与否对创业绩效存在着重要影响。因此本研究 认为内部创业动机与创业绩效的关系研究十分必要。创业作为一个整体过程,创 业知识、经验、技能等的学习对于创业成功而言是必不可少的,因此创业学习在 内部创业动机与创业绩效之间所发生的作用值得探讨与研究。 本研究在大量阅读文献的基础上,整合相关研究和理论,提出了内部创业动 机、创业学习与创业绩效的关系模型,并且考量了员工层面的情感绩效指标,一 定程度上丰富了创业绩效研究领域的内容。以创业学习为中介变量,探讨内部创 业动机与创业绩效的关系,运用 SPSS、AMOS 等统计分析软件对 168 份有效问 卷进行了数据分析,验证了模型与假设,结论如下:(1)内部创业动机与创业学 习显著正向线性相关,机会导向比盈利导向对创业学习的影响更加显著;(2)创 业学习与创业绩效显著正向线性相关,创业学习对经济绩效的影响比情感绩效更 加显著;(3)内部创业动机与创业绩效显著正向线性相关,创业动机对情感绩效 的影响比经济绩效更加显著;(4)创业学习在内部创业动机与创业绩效关系中起 到部分中介作用。最后,根据相关结论,就如何推动形成内部创业动机,如何进 行有效的创业学习,帮助创业者提高创业绩效等问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。 本研究通过数据分析,验证了内部创业动机、创业学习与创业绩效的关系模 型,丰富了内部创业的相关研究,提供了内部创业研究的实证支撑,对以后的相 关研究具有理论借鉴意义;根据结论提出了对策与建议,对内部创业的相关实践 存在一定的指导意义。 关键词: 内部创业;创业动机;创业学习;创业绩效II Abstract Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a national strategy for China's development in the new era, and its contents and forms are undergoing great changes subtly. Intrapreneurship has become a new research direction for scholars. However, domestic relevant researches started late, and there is still a lack of empirical researches, which has huge research space and value. Intrapreneurial motivation is often the forerunner of entrepreneurial behavior, and the success of entrepreneurial behavior has an important impact on entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, this study believes that it is necessary to study the relationship between intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurship as a whole process, the learning of entrepreneurial knowledge, experience, skills and so on is essential to the success of entrepreneurship, so the role of entrepreneurial learning between intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance is worth exploring and studying. On the basis of a large amount of literature reading, this study integrated relevant research and theories, proposed the relationship model between Intrapreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance, and considered the emotional performance indicators at the employee level, which to some extent enriched the content of entrepreneurial performance research. Taking entrepreneurial learning as the intermediary variable, the relationship between Intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance was discussed. SPSS, AMOS and other statistical analysis software were used to analyze the data of 168 valid questionnaires and verify the model and hypothesis.The conclusions are as follows :(1) there is a significant positive linear correlation between intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial learning. (2) entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive linear correlation with entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial learning has a more significant impact on economic performance than emotional performance. (3) there is a significant positive linear correlation between intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial motivation has a more significantIII impact on emotional performance than economic performance. (4) entrepreneurial learning plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between intrapreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Finally, according to relevant conclusions, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the formation of internal entrepreneurial motivation, how to carry out effective entrepreneurial learning, and how to help entrepreneurs improve entrepreneurial performance. Through data analysis, this study verified the model of the relationship between motivation of intrapreneurship, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance, enriched the relevant research on intrapreneurship, provided empirical support for intrapreneurship research, and provided theoretical reference for related research in the future. According to the conclusion, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which have certain guiding significance to the relevant practice of intrapreneurship.
