近年来,在政府的大力支持下,依托于信息科技的迅猛发展,科技型中小企业公司都得 到了飞速的发展,随之该企业所要面临的市场环境也变得更加复杂,面临的竞争压力相较以 前也随之加大,为了在市场中占据有利的地位,企业在发展过程中越发重视企业的人力资源 的发展。在发展过程中,企业通过优化和改进激励机制,可以减少人才的流失率,进一步提 高企业成员的工作效率、增强员工工作积极性,加强企业内部团结性和提高企业整体的综合 实力。 本文通过对国内外激励理论的相关研究的学习,对科技型中小企业进行实证分析,从企 业员工的工作内容、工作职能等多种方面对企业进行划分,分为销售类、技术类以及操作类 三种类型。基于W公司的实际情况,从这三种类型出发进行实证研究,运用文献研究、问卷 调查、结果分析、理论与实践相结合等方式方法,对公司员工满意度进行调查和数据收集, 基于企业对三种类型员工的需求,联合相关激励理论,对W公司的实际情况进行分析,找出 W公司现状所存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,结合文献和实际经验对问题提出相应的解决 对策,使企业的人力资源机制得到进一步的优化,进而提高企业的综合实力和竞争力,使得 企业在市场中占据有利的地位。 本文通过对激励相关理论的学习结合相关的文献的研究,对问卷数据进行分析,得出相 关的结论。但本文作者由于时间有限和研究能力不足,本文仅采取对中小型城市的技术型企 业W公司进行实证研究,针对不同领域的科技企业并没有涉及到,这一问题需要进行进一步 的研究。 关键词:科技型中小企业,员工激励,激励机制,工作满意度 II Abstract Inrecentyears,withthesupportofthegovernmentandtherapiddevelopmentofinformation technology,smallandmedium-sizedtechnologyenterpriseshavebeendevelopedveryrapidly.Asa result,themarketenvironmentbecomesmorecomplexandthecompetitivepressuretheywillface increasescomparedwithbefore.Inordertooccupyafavorablepositioninthemarket,enterprises paymoreandmoreattentiontothedevelopmentofhumanresources.Intheprocessofdevelopment, byoptimizingandimprovingtheincentivemechanism,enterprisescanreducetheturnoverrateof talents,furtherimprovetheworkefficiencyofenterprisemembersandenhancetheenthusiasmof employees,thusstrengthenstheenterpriseinteriorsolidarityandenhancestheenterpriseoverall comprehensivestrength. Basedonthestudyofincentivetheoryathomeandabroad,thispaperconductsanempirical analysisoftechnology-basedsmes,fromtheaspectsofemployees'workcontentandwork functions,dividethecompanyemployeesintothreetypes,namelysales,technologyandoperation. BasedontheactualsituationofWcompany,fromthethreetypesofempiricalresearch,bymeans ofliteratureresearch,questionnairesurvey,resultanalysis,andcombinationoftheoryandpractice, thispaperinvestigatesandcollectsdataonemployeesatisfaction.Accordingtothecharacteristics andrequirementsofeachtypeemployees,Incombinationwiththerelevantincentivetheory, incentivemechanismofWcompany'scurrentsituation,existingproblemsandanalyzethebasic reasonsfortheproblem,putforwardtosolvetheseproblemsWcompanyincentivemechanism optimizationcountermeasures,hopingtohelpoptimizeenterpriseemployeesincentivemechanism, theenhancemententerprisecompetitiveadvantage,promoteenterprisesounddevelopment. Basedonthestudyofincentivetheoryandrelevantliterature,thispaperanalyzesthe questionnairedataanddrawsrelevantconclusions,butlimitedtotheauthor'sexperienceandthe researchlevelisnotenough.ThispaperonlycarriesoutanempiricalstudyonWcompany,a technology-basedenterpriseinsmallandmedium-sizedcities.Itdoesnotinvolvetechnology enterprisesindifferentfields,whichrequiresfurtherresearch.
