在我国实施创新驱动战略的背景下,创新已成为企业提升竞争力的必由之路,这对 企业创新能力提出了更高的要求。我国小微企业数量庞大、创新欲
望强烈,但由于自身 规模小、经营管理不规范等特点,使其很难实现自我创新。社会网络为企业提供了有形 的、无形的资源和利益,小微企业可以通过网络获取知识,不断满足
企业提升创新能力 需求。因此,研究社会网络对小微企业创新能力的影响有着理论和实践的双重意义。 本文首先对社会网络、知识获取、小微企业创新能力的相关文献进行了回
顾和梳理, 在对国内外学者的研究成果进行分析和总结的基础上,提出假设并构建了关于社会网 络、知识获取和小微企业创新能力的理论模型。在研究框架的基础上,运用问卷
调查方 法收集了159家小微企业的相关数据,主要使用SPSS21.0统计软件,通过信效度分析、 多元回归分析等统计方法处理数据,并验证了本文假设。 根据实证分析结果,主要
得到以下结论:(1)社会网络是小微企业获取知识和提 升创新能力的关键因素,社会网络的不同维度对两者的影响程度存在差异。(2)企业 社会网络正向促进小微企业创新能
力,知识获取在此过程中起部分中介作用。最后提出 培育小微企业创新能力的建议:第一,加强合作伙伴直接的信任和互动;第二,优化社 会网络结构,积极对接政府资源;第

Inthecontextofmycountry'simplementationofinnovation-drivenstrategies, innovationhasbecometheonlywayforenterprisestoimprovetheircompetitiveness,which
putsforwardhigherrequirementsforenterprises'innovationcapabilities.Thelargenumberof
smallandmicroenterprisesinmycountryandstrongdesireforinnovation,butduetoits smallsizeandirregularmanagementandothercharacteristics,itisdifficulttoachieve
self-innovation.Socialnetworksprovideenterpriseswithtangibleandintangibleresources andbenefits.Smallandmicroenterprisescanobtainknowledgethroughthenetworkand
continuouslymeettheneedsofenterprisestoenhancetheirinnovationcapabilities.Therefore,
studyingtheimpactofsocialnetworksontheinnovationcapabilitiesofsmallandmicro enterpriseshasboththeoreticalandpracticalsignificance.
Thisarticlefirstreviewsandcombstherelevantliteratureonsocialnetworks,knowledge acquisition,andsmallandmicro-
enterpriseinnovationcapabilities.Basedontheanalysisand summaryoftheresearchresultsofscholarsathomeandabroad,itproposeshypothesesand
buildsonsocialnetworks,knowledgeacquisitionAndthetheoreticalmodelofsmalland microenterprises'innovationability.Onthebasisoftheresearchframework,the
questionnairesurveymethodwasusedtocollecttherelevantdataof159smallandmicro enterprises.SPSS21.0statisticalsoftwarewasmainlyusedtoprocessthedatathrough
statisticalmethodssuchasreliabilityandvalidityanalysisandmultipleregressionanalysis, andverifiedthehypothesisofthisarticle.

Corporatesocialnetworksareactivelypromotingtheinnovation capabilitiesofsmallandmicroenterprises,andknowledgeacquisitionplaysapartofthe
intermediaryroleinthisprocess.Finally,somesuggestionsofcultivatinginnovationabilityof
smallandmicroenterpriseswereputforward:first,strengthenthedirecttrustandinteraction
ofpartners;second,optimizesocialnetworkstructureandactivelyconnectgovernment resources;third,smallandmicroenterprisesshouldimprovetheutilizationefficiencyof
socialnetworkaccordingtotheirownactualsituation;fourth,smallandmicroenterprises shouldconstantlyimprovetheirabilitytoacquireknowledge.
