企业员工培训不仅直接决定着员工的成长,而且决定着企业核心竞争力的形成与未 来持续发展的可实现性。基于愈发严峻的市场局面,要想立足脚步
脱颖而出,首先要储 备足够优质的人力资源。所谓的人力资源储备,顾名思议,储备的对象是“人”,实事 上在竞争中最终的决定性因素是“人才”。培训可以说是一种远期投
资,其最大的价值 就是完成了“人”到“人才”的过渡,并在此过程中增值,而如何实现增值是让所有企 业都执着和纠结的问题。因此,企业需要构设成熟的员工培训管理机制
,寻找和发现培 训管理中的不足与短板并提出解决方案。 首先本文借助文献分析法从员工培训的内涵、重点内容、代表性理论切入并进行全 面的梳理,为后续研究提供较为全面
的理论支撑;其次,本文选取中国W航空公司的 乘务员为研究样本,运用描述性统计分析法与灰色层次分析法等实证研究方法了解目前 W航空公司员工培训管理的基本状态以及公
司在培训乘务员中表现出的不足,通过深度 剖析其成因,目的为W航空公司制定乘务员岗位培训优化方案提供有益参考;最后, 本文通过研究,得出W航空公司在员工培训上表现
出的问题并提出如下航空公司乘务 员培训的优化方案:(1)与企业战略发展相结合,制定系统性、综合性较强的培训计 划;(2)提高员工的思想意识,重视培训教育,并制定
相关培训考核激励措施;(3) 提高师资队伍质量,增强持续性与针对性;(4)围绕员工培训制定可行性的考核机制。 本文立足有关的培训管理概念,运用相关的培训需求、培
训评估等理论对W航空 公司乘务员的培训进行研究,探究该企业面对市场竞争力以及自身发展局限两个问题 时,如何保持自身已有的优势,并持续提升自身竞争力。本文为航空领

long-termdevelopment.Asthecompetitiveenvironmentinthemarketbecomesmoreintense, companiesmusthavestronghumanresourcesreservestostandoutamongthemany
competitors.Thereserveofhumanresourcesisalsotheproblemofthereserveof"people",
butinthecompetition,"talent"ismoredecisive.Asaninvestmentofacompany,thebenefitof
thetrainingistohelptheenterpriseturn"people"into"talent".Howtomaximizethereturnof
thisinvestmenthasbecomeakeyissueformodernenterprises.Therefore,companiesneedto establishasoundemployeetrainingmanagementsystemtoidentifyproblemsinthe
managementofemployeesandproposesolutions. Firstofall,thisthesissortsouttheconnotation,maincontentandrepresentativetheory
ofemployeetrainingmanagementthroughliteratureanalysis,andprovidesmore comprehensivetheoreticalsupportforfollow-upresearch.Secondly,thispaperselectsthe
employeesofChinaWAirlinesastheresearchsampleandusesempiricalanalysistoanalyze thecurrentstatusofWAirlinesemployeetrainingmanagementandtheproblemsofthe
company'strainingforitsflightattendantsandfurtheranalysisofthereasons.WAirlines
providesausefulreferenceforthedevelopmentofflightattendanttrainingoptimization
programs.Finally,throughtheresearch,themainproblemsofWairlinesinemployeetraining are:(1)lackofstrategictrainingprograms;(2)
lackoftrainingenthusiasmforemployees;(3) lackofhigh-levelteachertrainingteam(4)Lackofscientificandeffectivefeedback mechanismfortrainingeffects.
Basedontherelevanttrainingmanagementconcepts,thispaperusesrelatedtraining needs,trainingassessmentandothertheoriestostudythetrainingofWairlineflight
attendants,andexploreshowthecompanycanmaintainitsexistingproblemswhenfacing marketcompetitivenessanditsowndevelopmentlimitations.Advantagesandcontinueto
