I 摘要 本论文以 FD 集团为研究样本,以调整产业结构和产业布局优化理论为基础,采用 SWOT 分析和比较分析的研究方法,系统的分析了这一国企目前的产业结构布局和产业 发展方向。指出 FD 集团目前产业结构的现状、存在的问题,分析了其产生原因及改进 的措施。通过实地走访沣东个别房地产企业及了解沣东目前发展趋势,结合 FD 集团所 处行业环境、指出了 FD 集团目前产业结构单一,储备项目不足,资金链欠缺及人才流 失严重等四个方面的问题,逐一进行分析并提出相应的对策。同时,为了保证解决对策 的顺利实现,提出人力资源保障、财政资金保障、风险防范措施等三方面的保障措施。 通过本文的研究,得出了 FD 集团必须做出改变,调整产业结构、优化产业布局, 丰富集团的产业链,使集团产业更有层次、更加丰富这一结论。为 FD 集团持续保持核 心竞争力,并且可持续发展提供了思路和解决方案。通过实现改进措施,并且结合沣东 新城目前发展趋势,丰富企业产业结构,优化产业布局,必将使 FD 集团成为沣东新城 产业排头兵,带动西咸及沣东的发展。同时,希望能够对其他公司的产业结构改革有一 定的参考和借鉴作用。 关键词,调整产业结构,优化产业布局,产业结构改革ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT Due to the globalization and diversification of the market, the optimization of industrial structure has become more and more the main driving factor for the success of competition in many enterprises. Adjusting the industrial structure and optimizing the industrial layout is an inevitable development trend for an enterprise to maintain its core competitiveness. A single industrial structure will only cause enterprises to lose talent, projects are reduced, and the capital chain is broken. In the face of fierce competition, only by adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the industrial layout, and making the industrial structure of enterprises more abundant, more hierarchical, and more organized, can enterprises continue to develop, maintain competitiveness, and obtain greater benefits. Based on the theory of adjusting industrial structure and industrial layout optimization and using SWOT analysis and comparative analysis, this paper systematically analyzes the current industrial structure and industrial development direction of this state-owned enterprise. This paper points out the present situation and existing problems of the industrial structure of DF Group, and analyzes its reasons and measures for improvement. Through on-site visits to individual real estate enterprises in the East and understanding the current development trends of the East, combined with the industrial environment of the DF Group, it points out that the current industrial structure of the DF Group is single, the lack of reserve projects, the lack of capital chain, and the serious brain drain. Analyze one by one and put forward corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth realization of the solution, three safeguard measures such as human resources security, financial and capital security, and risk prevention measures are proposed. Through the research of this paper, it provides ideas and solutions for the FD Group to maintain its core competitiveness and sustainable development. Through the implementation of improvement measures, and in combination with the current development trend of the East New City, enriching the industrial structure of the company and optimizing the industrial layout, it will surely make the DF Group become the leader of the East New City industry and drive the development of Xixian and the East.
