经过近十年的发展、进步,炼化企业废水处理的工艺和技术取得突飞猛进的发展, 在现实中进行了广泛应用,化学处理法、物理处理法、生物处理法等在处理工艺和设备 上均有明显进步,特别是废水处理的组合处理方式因为其针对性强、处理效果好、工艺 布局科学合理等特点,逐渐成为炼化企业废水处理的一种主流关键工艺技术。 某化工企业采用“铁碳填料微电解+臭氧氧化”技术处理三羟甲基丙烷装置废水, 经一段时间运行后,不能满足排污要求,在对某化工企业的废水特点和处理工艺技术进 行分析和研究后,决定选取“厌氧池(AF)+高效好氧固定膜生物反应器(HFBM)+ 好氧池+混凝气浮”处理工艺。本文对项目相关设备进行了详尽描述,从项目概述、工 艺、施工运输、自控与电仪、建筑与结构、环境等方面对该项目进行了分析评估。 本文最终论证了某化工企业生产废水处理技术改造项目设计方案适合该企业实际 情况,具有可行性。 关键词:废水处理,组合处理方式,高效好氧固定膜,可行性东北石油大学工程硕士专业学位报告 III Feasibility study of a Chemical Enterprise Technical Renovation Project of Production Wastewater Treatment ABSTRACT After nearly ten years of development and progress, the process and technology of wastewater treatment in refining and chemical enterprises have made rapid progress. They have been widely used in reality. Chemical treatment, pHysical treatment and biological treatment have improved obviously in the processing technology and equipment, especially in the combination treatment of wastewater treatment. With the characteristics of pertinence, good treatment effect and reasonable layout, it has gradually become a mainstream technology of wastewater treatment in refining and chemical enterprises. A chemical enterprise has adopted the technology of iron carbon filler micro electrolysis + ozone oxidation technology to treat the wastewater of three hydroxymethyl propane unit. After a period of operation, it can not meet the requirements of pollutant discharge. The characteristics and processing technology of wastewater in a chemical enterprise are analyzed and analyzed. After the study, the anaerobic pond (AF) + high efficiency aerobic fixed membrane bio-reactor (HFBM) + aerobic tank + coagulation air flotation treatment process was decided. In this paper, the relevant equipment of the project is described in detail, and the project is analyzed and evaluated from the aspects of project overview, process, construction and transportation, automatic control and electric meter, building and structure, environment and so on. In the end, it is proved that the design plan of a technological transformation project for wastewater treatment in a chemical enterprise is suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise and is feasible.
