随着科技水平的不断提升以及经济全球化的加速,企业之间逐步达成了共 识,在高效满足客户多元化需求的市场经济环境下,制造型企业之间的竞争其实 就是企业之间供应链的竞争,供应链协同管理水平的高低直接反映出企业的核心 竞争力,在移动智能终端 ODM 企业间更是如此。随着居民消费水平的提升,移动 智能终端产品的生命周期越来越短,如何与供应商保持紧密合作关系,如何保证 供应链高效运作以及如何持续提高供应链绩效,这些逐步成为移动智能终端 ODM 企业持续关注和迫切解决的重要问题。 本研究以移动智能终端 ODM 代表型制造企业 A 公司为案例,以原材料需求预 测、供应商管理体系、供应链运营管理、仓储物流管理为切入点,通过采用文献 分析、案例调研、综合分析、归纳总结等方法开展 ODM 供应链系统研究,主要分 析了 A 公司现阶段供应链管理中存在的问题,以及产生这些问题的原因,同时寻 找提高 A 公司供应链管理的解决方案,最后解决 A 公司现有供应链管理上遇到的 问题,并给移动智能终端 ODM 企业供应链管理提供了建议。 通过本文研究得出移动智能终端 ODM 企业面对终端产品市场,在提升供应链 绩效,加快供应链反应速度上可以从以下几方面来实施:一是把供应链管理当做 系统工程来考虑,多维度分析供应链,推动供应链管理体系的建设;二是遵循信 息互通、信息共享原则来提升供应链管理协同能力;三是着重在供应链重点业务 的管理,将非核心供应链业务外包;四是充分运用自动化、信息化技术改造供应 链管理。 关键词:移动智能终端;ODM 企业;供应链管理;解决方案II Abstract With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the acceleration of economic globalization, enterprises have gradually reached a consensus that the competition among manufacturing enterprises lies in the supply chain of those enterprises in the market economy to meet diversified requirements efficiently. The core competitiveness of enterprises will be directly shown in the synchronized management level of the supply chain, especially in the mobile smart device ODM enterprises. With the improvement of people's consumption level, the life cycle of mobile smart devices is getting shorter and shorter. How to maintain close cooperation with suppliers, how to ensure efficient operation of supply chain and how to continuously improve supply chain performance, all of which have gradually become the key concerns and significant problems to be solved urgently by those mobile smart device ODM enterprises. This study takes mobile smart device ODM representative manufacturing company A as a case, taking raw material demand forecasting, supplier management system, supply chain operation management, warehousing logistics management into consideration. The ODM supply chain systematical research is conducted through literature analysis, case study, interview, summary of the case and etc.. It mainly analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain management of company A at present and the causes of these problems. At the same time, it seeks to improve the supply chain management level of Company A and finally puts forward countermeasures to the existing problems in the supply chain of Company A. what’s more, it provides suggestions for mobile smart device ODM enterprises in supply chain management. Through the research of this paper, under the more and more competitive circumstances of the smart device market, in order to improve the supply chain performance and speed up the supply chain reaction response, the author realizes that smart device ODM enterprises can take following actions: firstly, it’s suggested to consider supply chain management as a systemic project, conduct a multi-dimensional analyze of supply chain and promote the construction of the supply chain management system; secondly, it’s suggested to follow the principle of information exchange and sharing to improve the coordination and synchronization of supplyIII chain management; thirdly, it’s suggested to focus on the management of key business in the supply chain and outsource the non-core supply chain business; forth, it’s suggested to make full use of automation and information technology to upgrade supply chain management.
