电子信息产业得以迅速发展依赖于表面贴装技术(SMT)制造业的发展。在当前的 时代背景下,电子信息产业是促进高新科技产业发展的重要动力,由此可见 SMT 制造 业发展对高新科技产业发展所做出的卓越贡献。我国人工成本和运营成本的进一步增 加,使得制造企业的发展正面临着明显的成本压力,尤其是出现用工荒以后,为在市场 竞争中求得生存与发展的空间,制造业企业开始精简人力,流程再造,改善原有的运营 体系,以获得客户对本企业产品和服务的满意。德国提出的工业 4.0 概念,美国提出的 智能制造概念,中国推出的中国制造 2025 战略,都充分展现出了发展中国家和发达国 家对制造业产业发展的重视。 本文以 F 公司 SMT 工厂物料品质追溯系统为媒介,从系统的逻辑规划、设备硬件和 软件、作业流程和过程品质管控流程四个方面的现状入手对无法满足客户要求的系统展 开分析,剖析出物料品质追溯系统延伸出来公司所存在的品质管理问题为全员参与品质 意识薄弱、质量经济性分析缺失和品质系统运作不完善。通过对以上品质管理问题的分 析,寻求提高公司精准化质量管理的途径,结合国内外研究现状和公司现状,提出实现精准 化质量管理的实施策略为:设备硬件和软件的升级改造、作业流程标准化、全员品质意识 的巩固加强、质量成本分析体系的建立及过程品质管控流程的优化。主要内容是通过梳 理流程结合逻辑优化及品质理念的培养,以实现 SMT 物料追溯准确性;通过信息化管理 建立物料品质追溯监控系统,从而实现精准化质量管理。基于通过全员参与品质意识巩 固、质量经济性管理体系建立和品质系统运作优化三方面有效结合的整体改善,达到提升 品质追溯精准性的目的,从而在 SMT 工厂品质运营得以改善的同时,提升客户满意度。 制造型企业要想在竞争中生存下来,首先需要从时代发展的角度出发,完善自身的 运作流程,基于信息化技术和互联网技术实现品质数据的共享,通过自动化实现对制造 生产流程的优化,在节省人力的基础上提升品质水平,在提升客户满意度的同时实现企 业和客户共赢,提升企业竞争力。 关键词,SMT,物料品质追溯系统,品质管控,精准化III ABSTRACT The rapid development of electronic information industry depends SMT manufacturing industry. In the current era, the electronic information industry is an important driving force to promote the development of high-tech industry, which shows that SMT manufacturing has made outstanding contributions to the development of high-tech industry. With the further increase of labor cost and operation cost in China, manufacturing enterprises are under obvious cost pressures. in order to obtain space for survival and development in the market competition, manufacturing enterprises begin to reduce manpower, process reengineer and improve the original operation system in order to obtain customers' satisfaction with their products and services based on the current labor shortage status. The concept of industrial 4.0 proposed by Germany, the concept of intelligent manufacturing proposed by the United States and the strategy of manufacturing 2025 launched by China fully demonstrate the importance of developing and developed countries to the development of manufacturing industry. Based on status of F company’s SMT material quality traceability system, analyzing the system which cannot meet the requirements of customers from four aspects: logic planning, hardware and software of equipment, operation process and quality control process. It’s analyzed that quality management problems reflected from the material traceability system are the weak quality consciousness of full participation, the lack of economic analysis and the imperfect quality operation system. Through the analysis of the above quality management problems, Engineering team is trying to find out the solutions to improve the precision quality management in company. Combined with the current research situation at domestic and abroad and company’s development status, and then putting forward the implementation strategy of precision quality management: equipment hardware and software upgrade, process standardization, optimization of quality control system. The main content is to achieve the accuracy of SMT material traceability by combining process, logic optimization and quality consciousness training; Through the information management to establish the material quality traceability monitoring system, so as to achieve precision quality system management. Based on the overall improvement of the effective combination of quality consciousness consolidation, quality economic management system and quality system operation optimization, to achieveIV the purpose of improving quality traceability accuracy, so as to improve quality of SMT and customer satisfaction. In order to survive in the competition, manufacturing enterprises need to improve their own operation process from the perspectives of the development of times, share quality data through information technology and Internet technology, optimize the manufacturing process through automation; On the basis of saving manpower to improve the quality level, improve customer satisfaction at the same time achieving win-win between enterprises and customers of to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
