物流产业被认为是国民经济的动脉和基础产业,其发展程度成为衡量一个国家 现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一物流发展历来与港口的发展密切相关,港 口以其规模化的集散能力和在物流网络中重要节点作用,成为现代物流业的核心和 主体之一随着21世纪经济全球化进程的加快,世界主要港口在历经多年的发展 之后,纷纷进入第三代港口发展阶段,第三代港口的主要特征是港城结合更加紧密 辽宁是沿海大省,港口众多,是我国东北地区的出海通道对辽宁沈阳内陆港物流 发展进行研究,无论对于港口自身发展还是腹地经济的振兴都具有重大的现实意 义 本文在研究东北老工业基地的产业发展和物流需求基础上,首先从交通区位优 势!政策环境!地理环境等方面,分析了沈阳近海经济区物流投资和发展环境的优 势条件,论证了在沈阳建立内陆港的必要性和项目选址在近海经济区的合理性其 次对沈阳内陆港的战略定位进行了分析,从辽宁及沈阳物流发展规划和存在的问题 入手,确定了沈阳内陆港的战略目标是建设成为连接老工业基地企业与港口的物流 中转枢纽和综合物流服务平台再次,规划了沈阳内陆港项目的实施方案根据物 流服务功能将内陆港分为五大功能区域,整体运作理念确定为以港口为基础,采用 国际成功的经验和先进的管理方法,致力于内陆港与港口一体化物流系统的建立 最后,内陆港建成投入运营后,除了直接的经济效益外,将产生一系列社会效益, 包括降低社会生产成本!提供就业机会!增加财政税收!增加产业竞争力等 总之,本文的研究必将对沈阳市积极推动沈阳内陆港项目建设起到决策辅助作 用,并进一步推动沈阳近海经济区的可持续发展 关键词:沈阳;内陆港;规划;效益 ! 产 匆 . ,曰西南交通大学硕士研究生学位报告第日页 Abstract Logistiesindustry15regardedasthearteryandbackboneofnationaleeonomyand itsdeveloPmenthasbecomeanimPortantindieatortojudgethedegreeofacountry,s mode而zationandnationalPower.ThedeveloPmentoflogisties15eloselyrelatedwith thedeveloPmentofaPort.APorthasbecometheeritiealPartandamainbodyof modemlogistiesbeeauseofitseolleetinganddistributingfunetioninscaleandits imPortantjointeonneetionsinlogistiesne勺刀ork.Withtheacceleratedglobalizationof worldeeonomyin21steentu以majorPortsaroundtheworldhaveenteredinsuecession thedeveloPmentstageofthirdgenerationPortsafteryearsofdeveloPmeni.Thethird generationPortsareeharacteristicsofamoreeloselyrelatedeombinationofeitiesand harbors.Liaoning15alargeeostalProvineewithmanyharbors,and15themainehannel totheseainthenortheastChina.It15Praetieallyquitesignifieanttostudyonthe logistiesdeveloPmentofShenyang,Liaoning,asaniulandPort,notonlyforthe develoPmentofthePortitselfbutalsofortherevitalizationofhinierlandeeonomyas well.
