研究目的:健康体适能课程作为普通高校体育教育的一门新兴课程,符合“以 人为本”、“终身体育” “健康第一”的教育思想和理念。本文通过调查和分析, 探讨将“健康体适能”课程引入山东省普通高校体育的可行性,探索一种适合大 学生的健康体育教育模式,提高大学生的健康体适能水平;并希望通过这一研究, 为山东省普通高校体育课程建设和课程改革提供新的思路和视角,进而为我国整 个体育事业的发展和改革、为提高国民素质提供有益的参考与借鉴。 研究对象和方法:本课题的研究对象是在山东省7所普通高校中,随机选取 了大一、大二学生、体育教师和管理人员,进行了健康体育教学改革的问卷调查 研究。研究方法包括文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析 法。 研究结果:(1)山东省普通高校开设健康体适能课程是可行的。根据问卷调查, 大学生、高校教师、体育部领导认为开设体适能课程可行的分别有524人、65 人和17人,分别占被调查人数的69.31%、86. 67%和85%。健康体适能日臻成熟 的研究为普通高校开设健康体适能课程奠定了基础,我国学者在理论上提出并用 实验的方法验证了健康体适能课程的教学效果;国‘外高校体适能课程教学蓬勃发 展,国内许多高校开设了健康体适能相关课程,为.山东省普通髙校开设健康体适 能课程积累了课借鉴的经验;山东省普通高校开设健康体适能课程符合普通高校 体育课程改革的要求,有体育学、教育学和心理学上的依据,在教师、学生、场 地器材、教材等方面具备了基本的条件。 (2)山东省普通髙校开设健康体适能课程具有重要意义和作用。开设健康 体适能课程可以丰富高校体育课程内容,有利于更好地实现体育课程目标,可有 效提高大学生的健康水平,有利于学生终身体育观念的形成,有助于保障以人为 本的社会发展,有利于《学生体质健康标准》的实施,有利于增强大学生体质健 康水平。 (3)健康体适能课程的教学设计符合课程教学的一般规律和基本模式,具 有很强的可操作性,可有力保证我省普通高校健康体适能课的开设。 建议:(1)课程的建设和开展需要雄厚的理论基础,建议我省广泛地开展有 关健康体适能的理论研究和实践应用的学术会议和经验交流。 (2)应尽快有选择性的在我省普通高校进行健康体适能课程的试点教学工 作,为我省今后在普通高校全面幵设健康体适能课程,总结经验,提供依据。 (3)应加强健康体适能教师队伍对最新理论和训练方法的学习和培训,以 适应新时期高校体育教育的需要,不断提高教师的业务水平。 关键词:山东省普通高校;健康体适能;课程;可行性 I ABSTRACT Objective: Health-related physical fitness physical education curriculum as colleges and universities in a new curriculum in line with people-oriented, lifetime sports Health First educational thinking and concepts. Methods including documentary, Interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis. Results: (1) colleges and universities in Shandong Province to open health-related physical fitness program is feasible. According to the survey, college students, college teachers, sports, led by the Department considers that the creation of physical fitness programs were feasible, 524, 65 and 17,respectively, accounting for 69.31 percent of those surveyed, 86.67% and 85%. (2) colleges and universities in Shandong Province to open health-related physical fitness programs of great significance and role. Creation of health-related physical fitness programs can enrich the college physical education curriculum content, helps to better achieve the objectives of physical education curriculum can effectively improve the health of university students is conducive to the formation of students to the concept of lifetime sports, helping to safeguard people-centered social development, there is conducive to Student Health Standard, The implementation will help enhance the physical health of university students. Suggestion; (1) discipline construction and develop need strong theoretical basis, the Suggestions about our extensive health fitness of theoretical research and practical application of academic conferences and experience exchange. (2) as soon as possible, the selective colleges in our health fitness course teaching work,in our experiment in ordinary colleges offer comprehensive health fitness course, summarizing the experience, provides the basis. (3) should strengthen the health and fitness for the latest theory and teachers training methods of learning and training, in order to adapt to the new era of college physical education,improve the teachers to business level.
