I 摘要 本课题的设立,是建立在兴安盟电网的一个急需解决的问题的基础上的。这个问 题是:在乌兰浩特市的西边十公里处有一个旗县叫科尔沁右翼前旗,前旗政府通过前 期规划设计并经招商引资,在科右前旗地区建立了一个工业园区,预计负荷很大,目 前的网架结构不足以带出这些负荷,虽然这个工业园区只是规划,但是本着经济发展, 电网先行的理念,电网公司决定在政府设立经济园区的同时,配套的加强电网结构。 兴安盟科右前旗 220kV 变电站建成后将主要满足科右前旗工业加工集中区的工 业用电需求,同时兼顾科右前旗政府所在地大坝沟镇以及乌兰浩特市西部其它地区的 负荷发展需要,可为科右前旗以及兴安盟的经济增长提供可靠电力支撑。满足科右前 旗日益增长的负荷需要,有利的保证兴安盟经济的可持续发展。 本文首先对该输变电工程的系统方案进行了整体的设计,着重设计了电力系统一 次方案、继电保护方案、自动化方案、通信系统方案等;接着对变电站的站址进行了 考察,确定了两个最为合适的站址,经过多方面的对比,并选取了最终的站址,和对 科右前旗 220kV 变电站的站内一次侧二次侧工程进行设计;然后对该变电站的线路 进行设计,通过实地勘察,确定路径方案,根据当地的气象条件,确定导线的型号和 地线型号,接着进行绝缘子设计,防雷和接地设计,最后设计了输电线路的铁塔设计, 铁塔基础设计。通过对该输变电工程的技术性和经济性的研究分析,论证了该输变电 工程的建设是必要的和可行的。 关键词:220kV 电力系统 变电站 送电线路 可行性研究Abstract II Abstract The establishment of this topic is based on the urgent need to solve the problems in the Xing'an League power grid. The problem is: There is a banner county called the Horqin Right Wing Front Banner at a distance of ten kilometers to the west of Ulanhot City. The former Qiqi Government has established an industrial park in the Keqianqian Banner area through preliminary planning and design and investment. It is expected that the load will be large. The current grid structure is not enough to bring out these loads. Although this industrial park is only planning, but in line with the economic development, the concept of the grid first, our grid company decided to set up an economic park at the same time, supporting the strengthening of the grid structure. After the completion of the 220kV substation of Xing'an Mengkeqianqian Banner, it will mainly meet the industrial power demand of the Kezhenqian Banner industrial processing concentration area, and at the same time take into account the load development needs of Dabagou Town where the government of Keyouqian Banner is located and other parts of western Ulanhot City. Right front flag and Xinganmeng’s economic growth provide reliable power support. Satisfying the increasing load demand of the Keyouqianqi Banner will ensure the sustainable development of the Xinganmeng economy. In this paper, the overall system design of the power transmission and transformation project is firstly designed. The primary scheme of the power system, the relay protection scheme, the automation scheme and the communication system scheme are designed. Then the station site of the substation is inspected and determined. The two most suitable sites have been compared in various ways, and the final site has been selected, and the secondary side of the primary side of the 220kV substation of Keyouqian Banner has been designed; then the line of the substation has been designed and passed. Field survey, determine the path plan, according to the local meteorological conditions, to determine the type of wire and ground model, followed by insulator design, lightning protection and grounding design, and finally design of the transmission line of the tower design, iron tower foundation design.
