质量管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,其重要作用已吸引越来越多人的关注和高度重 视。产品质量是企业的生命,因此,如果公司想要生存和发展,它必须提供满足客户需求 的产品。实施有效的质量管理是检验检测机构管理的重要手段。 通常在检测公司内部会建立基于 ISO/IEC 17025 的质量管理体系,以使质量管理标准 化,以便充分运用自身资源,确保检测公司的科学管理,确保检测结果的准确性,证明检 测结果是科学和可信的,反应真实的情况,达到客户满意的需求。ISO/IEC 17025 检测和 校准能力认可准则是 ISO 9001 有关检验检测行业的管理系统,其涵盖了检测和校准服务相 关的所有要求,即符合 ISO/IEC 17025 的检验检测公司基本上按照 ISO9001 的原则运作的。 在全面质量管理理论中“人”,“机”,“料”,“法”、“环”是影响产品质量的五个主要 因素的简写。本文根据 OH 检测公司质量管理体系运行情况,通过查阅公司内部的管理报 告文件及现场调研等形式,分析和研究 OH 检测公司质量体系运作,从“人”、“机”、“料”、 “法”、“环”5 个角度出发,依据 ISO/IEC 17025 标准条款总结质量控制过程中存在的问 题,然后在问题和原因分析的基础上,结论 ISO/IEC 17025 准则,参考其他优质检测公司 的优良措施和近几年行业专家提出的建议和举措,提出公司质量管理改进措施,完善质量 管理体系,然后对改进措施实施后进行效果评价。以此提高公司的质量管理水平,提升检 测质量和服务水平,使企业取得稳固持久的竞争优势,在检测行业中获取快速健康的发展。 关键词,检测;质量管理;ISO/IEC 17025;浙江理工大学硕士专业学位论文 II Abstract Quality management is an important part of enterprise management, its important role is to attract more and more people's attention and attention. Product quality is the life of an enterprise, so if the company wants to survive and develop, it must provide products to meet customer needs. The implementation of effective quality management is an important means to ensure the management level of inspection and testing institutions. Usually a quality management system based on ISO/IEC 17025 will be established within the testing company to standardize the quality management so as to make full use of its own resources, ensure the scientific management of the testing company, ensure the accuracy of the testing results, prove that the testing results are scientific and credible, reflect the real situation, and meet customer satisfaction needs. The ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation Criterion for Testing and Calibration Capability is the management system of ISO 9001 for the inspection and testing industry. It covers all the requirements related to the inspection and calibration services. That is to say, the testing company which meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 basically operates in accordance with the principles of ISO 9001. In the theory of total quality management, Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment are the five main factors that affect product quality. Combining with the operation of quality management system of OH testing company, this paper analyzes and studies the operation of quality system of OH testing company by consulting documents such as internal and external audit reports and on-the-spot investigation, etc. According to ISO/IEC 17025 standard, the operation of quality system of OH testing company is analyzed and studied from five angles of Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment. The article summarizes the problems in the process of quality control. Then on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes, the paper concludes that the ISO/IEC 17025 standard theory knowledge, referring to the excellent measures of other high-quality testing companies and the suggestions and measures put forward by industry experts in recent years, puts forward the quality management improvement measures of the company, improves the quality management system, and then evaluates the effect of the improvement measures after implementation.
