摘要 金融行业的快速发展能够为实体经济的发展提供强大的支撑,尤其是 2015 年以 来中国经济发展进入新常态,外资金融机构进入我国市场步伐加快。为了应对日趋 激烈的市场竞争,充分开发企业的人力资源,强化企业的人力资源管理迅速被提上 了议事日程。而绩效考评是人力资源管理中的一个核心内容,它对提高人力资源管理 水平,完善激励机制,实现企业战略目标,协助员工发展等方面至关重要。因此,对绩 效考评系统进行研究,根据企业实际情况设计绩效考评系统具有重要的现实意义。JP 金融投资集团是国内最早成立,规模最大的专业财富管理机构之一。文章的以 JP 投 资金融集团为研究对象,关注集团绩效管理存在的问题,并以通过访谈、问卷等方 式获取真实的资料进行研究分析。 论文共分为五个部分,第一部分,提出了研究的目的和背景;第二部分,从分 析绩效、绩效管理和绩效考评的概念出发,充分论述了绩效管理和绩效考评两者之间 的关系;第三部分,介绍了 JP 金融投资集团的基本情况,对集团绩效考评体系进行 了简单说明;第四部分,通过问卷调查的方式对集团现行的绩效考评体系作出诊 断;第五部分,对完善集团绩效考评制度提出了建议;最后对全文进行总结,并做 出结论。 关键词:绩效管理;绩效考评;财富管理;核心员工II ABSTRACT The rapid development of the financial industry to provide strong support for the development of the real economy, especially since 2015, China's economic development into the new normal, foreign financial institutions to enter the pace of China's market to accelerate. In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition, the full development of human resources and strengthen the enterprise human resource management have been put on the agenda. Performance evaluation is a core content of human resource management. It is very important to improve the level of human resource management, improve the incentive mechanism, realize the strategic objectives of enterprises, and assist the development of staff. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the performance evaluation system, according to the actual situation of the enterprise design performance evaluation system. JP financial investment group is the earliest established, one of the largest professional wealth management institutions. The article takes the JP investment financial group as the research object, pays attention to the group performance management problems, and obtains the real data through the interview, the questionnaire and so on to carry on the research analysis. The thesis is divided into five parts, the first part, the purpose and background of the research; the second part, from the concept of performance, performance management and performance appraisal analysis of, and fully discusses the relationship between performance management and performance appraisal both; the third part, introduces the JP gold financial investment group, conducts a brief description of the group performance appraisal system; in the fourth part, by way of questionnaire survey on the current performance appraisal system of group diagnosis; the fifth part, puts forward some proposals to improve the performance appraisal system of the group; finally carries on the summary to the full text and make a conclusion.
