BH 公司长期从事企业咨询服务和企业创新能力服务实践,对企业自主创新过程中 存在的困难和相关的市场服务环境有较深的认识。对于企业,已充分认识到创新对企业 发展的重要作用,很多企业也开始了大胆的尝试,但因对创新的认识不足、创新资源的 缺乏及创新的不确定性风险等因素的存在,导致大量的企业在创新方面投入产出不成比 例,阻碍企业创新的投入。很多企业在立足自主创新的同时,已充分意识到借助外部服 务资源的作用,但在转型期的大部分企业往往对自身评估不足,对如何高效低成本找到 合适的资源没有很好的办法。BH 和大多数企业科技和创新服务企业一样,立足自身专 业业务知识与技能为企业创新提供专题服务指导及解决具体的创新难题,但在实践中越 发感觉这种方式难以满足企业全面创新服务能力提升的需要。同时大多数优秀的服务商 也面临着服务推销难的窘境,在渠道、辐射能力及资源整合能力上缺乏有效办法等现实 的问题。企业服务需求和服务资源之间的信息不对称及难以匹配,已成为制约企业创新 能力水平提升的一个重要障碍。 BH 在开展自身企业咨询服务的同时,还长期承担来自政府在企业创新能力评价和 分析方面的工作,因此具有庞大的企业服务和企业用户基础。结合对企业创新服务需求 和市场环境的了解,以及对自身资源能力的综合评估,BH 决策层提出了构建企业创新 服务平台,走专业化服务和平台化服务相结合的企业创新服务之路。平台将立足创新主 线,聚合优质服务资源,构建创新服务链。希望通过自身微薄的力量为企业提供更多的 帮助,以促进企业提高其创新成功率,降低创新风险与成本。 本文通过项目可行性的常规思路和方法,从项目的必要性、可行性和合理性等方面 对项目建设的进可行性进行分析评估。本文第一章主要论述了本文的研究背景和意义、 研究思路和方法以及研究的主要内容和框架;第二章从市场需求调研分析、平台 SWOT 分析、平台服务对象与服务内容等对平台建设必要性进行分析;第三章、第四章从平台 技术方案和组织运作方案方面对项目建设的可行性进行分析;第五章通过对平台商业模 式、投资概算,以及项目财务能力分析、财务评价和敏感度分析等方面,对项目经济合 理性进行分析;第六章对项目进行了风险分析,梳理分析了项目在行业、市场、技术和 经营四个方面存在的风险和相应对策。第七章综合前面各章内容,给出项目的总体可行 性结论。 关键词,创新能力;企业创新服务;服务需求对接;中介服务平台II ABSTRACT BH company has long been engaged in business consulting services and enterprise innovation ability service practice, to have a deeper understanding of the existence of the enterprise independent innovation process difficult and related marketing environment.
