传统化石能源日益紧缺,各大经济大国也面临着能源越来越少带来的困扰,石油储 备减少以及价格的上涨,给传统的汽车行业带来了持续发展的难题。新能源开发与利用 得到世界各国的广泛关注,目前已进入能源革命的新阶段,也迫使人们重新考虑未来汽 车的动力问题。为实现能量的储存和使用,锂电池是目前最具前景和最具产业化条件的 存储单元,将是实现新能源发展的重要环节。 S 企业作为承载着我国新能源汽车发展使命的央企,确定了新能源、新材料、生命 科学的三大战略使命,锂电池材料作为新能源与新材料的制造和应用的高科技平台,是 目前公司的核心战略,未来公司将重点布局该领域的投资。S 企业已利用 C 大学的技术 建立了高镍 NCM 正极材料中试基地,目前已完成了试生产,主要产品的技术指标均达 到了预期,所以在技术方面已完成验证,1 万吨项目建设具备实施基础。 投资建设项目是一个涉及面非常广而且复杂的系统工程,为了使投资活动能够取得 成功,企业在最终决定投资一个项目前必须对该项目开展科学的投资决策研究,商业计 划书就是提供给企业决策层足够的信息,以供全面评估和决策研究。从管理学角度来说, 一份完整的商业计划书包含企业战略、环境分析、市场定位、营销管理、财务管理和风 险管理等。这篇商业计划书侧重于项目的可行性分析,包括的 S 企业基本情况、外部和 内部环境政策、SWOT 分析法、市场定位和营销方案,最后进行了项目的财务评价分析 和可能遇到的风险进行分析,并提出相应的风险控制对策。 关键词,商业计划书;锂电池;正极材料S 企业锂电池 F 项目商业计划书 - II - The Business Plan of Lithium Battery F Project in S Company Abstract As the growing shortage of traditional fossil energy, the major economic powers are also faced with the problem of less energy. The decline of the oil reserves and the rise of the oil prices have brought the traditional automobile industry a continuous development problem. The development and utilization of new energy has attracted worldwide attention. At present, it has entered a new stage of the energy revolution. It also forces people to reconsider the future dynamics of automobiles. For the storage and use of energy, lithium battery is currently the most promising and most industrialized storage unit. It will be an important link to realize the development of new energy. S enterprise is the state owned enterprise carrying the development mission of new energy vehicles in China. Three strategic missions of new energy, new materials and life sciences have been identified. Lithium battery materials as a high-tech platform for the manufacture and application of new energy and new materials, Is the core strategy of the company. It will focus more on the investment in this field. S enterprise has established the NCM cathode material pilot base with the technology of C University. At present, the trial production has been completed. The technical indicators of the main products are all up to expectations. Therefore, technical verification has been completed, and 10 thousand tons of project construction has the basis for implementation. Investment construction project is a systematic project involving a very wide and complex nature. In order to make the investment activity successful, enterprises must make scientific investment decisions before deciding to invest in a project. A business plan is enough information for the decision making level of an enterprise, for comprehensive assessment and decision making. From a management point of view, a complete business plan includes enterprise strategy, environmental analysis, market positioning, marketing management, financial management and risk management. This business plan focuses on the feasibility analysis of the project, including the basic situation of S enterprise, external and internal environmental policies, SWOT analysis, market positioning and marketing plan. Finally, the project's financial evaluation analysis and possible risks are analyzed, and the corresponding risk control countermeasures are put forward.
