为满足内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市独贵塔拉工业园区的用电需求,提高对园区企业 的供电能力和供电质量,保证园区的正常生产和运行,既而带动地区经济发展,需要 建设必要的输变电工程。本文针对拟建的鄂尔多斯锦泰 220kV 输变电工程展开了可 行性研究,其目的是为了完善内蒙古的电网结构,满足地方经济的发展,提高经济效 益。 本文首先对该输变电工程的系统一次接入方案、继电保护方案、远动方案和整 体 通信方案进行了规划与设 计。其次对拟建的锦泰 220kV 变电所所址进行了方案对 比分析,在 此基础上对变电所的电 气主接线方案、主要设备选型、总平面布置方案、 电气二次方案、 土建施工等进行了规划与 设计。再次从该输变电工程的线路总体概 况出发, 在分析变电所出线情况的 基础上, 综合考虑对路径方案构成 影响的因素, 对线路路径方案进行了规划设计,同时对导线、地线、杆塔选型等进行了规划。最 后对输变电工程进行了投资估算,并对其经济指标进行了评价。通过对该输变电工程 的技术性和经济性的研究分析,论证了该输变电工程的建设是必要的和可行的。 关键词:220kV 电力系统 变电站 送电线路 可行性研究II Abstract In order to meet the DuGuiTaKa industrial park’s electricity demand in Ordos of The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, improve the park enterprise supply ability and power quality, ensure the normal production and operation of the park, and promote regional economic development, it is a need to build the necessary power transmission project. This paper will research on the feasibility of the 220kV Power Transmission Project in Ordos Jintai, whose purpose is to improve the Inner Mongolia power grid structure, meet the development of the local economy and improve the economic benefit. Firstly, this paper designed once system access scheme、relay protection scheme、 telecontrol plan and the overall communication scheme of the power transmission project. Then ,we analyzed the place of the Jintais 220kV substation, and designed the main electrical connection scheme、main equipment selection、the general layout scheme、twice electric construction scheme of the substation. Next, this paper designed the line path scheme, wire and tower type after thinking about the point of view of the overall situation of the power transmission project line、substations current situation and factors affecting the path plan. Finally, this paper estimated investment and evaluated economic index for the power transmission project. Through the research and analysis of technology and economy of the power transmission project, this paper demonstrates the power transmission project construction is necessary and feasible.
