通过对员工工作绩效的评价,并保持对员工的有效的激励,就能激发起每位 员工的工作热情和创新精神,推动员工的能力发展与潜能开发,形成一支高效率 的员工工作团队。本研究结合广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核展开了具体 研究。 文章在阐述广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核方案优化研究的缘由,研 究目的及意义基础上提出广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核方案优化的研 究方法和研究内容。紧接着从广西产品质量监督检验院发展概况分析着手,剖析 广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核的状况,找出广西产品质量监督检验院员 工绩效考核存在的问题及其原因,为广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核方案 优化提供现实分析。进而针对广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核进行方案设 计。探讨了广西产品质量监督检验院员工绩效考核应该遵循的指导原则和整体思 路及绩效考核指标体系设计与标准制定,最后提出了如制度保障、组织保障、财 力保障、观念保障等。 关键词: 广西产品质量监督检验院 员工绩效考核 方案设计 保障措施ABSTRACT Through the evaluation of job perform ance, and m aintain an effective incentive for employees, each employee will be able to inspire enthusiasm and innovative spirit, the ability to promote staff development and potential development, the formation of a highly efficient team of employees. The combination of product quality supervision and inspection of Guangxi, staff performance appraisal carried out specific research. This article describes the product quality supervision, inspection and optimization of employee performance appraisal program the reason, purpose and significance of proposed based on the product quality supe rvision, insp ection and G uangxi, staf f performance appraisal research m ethods and optimization of content. Followed by product qu ality superv ision and in spection fro m the Gua ngxi Ins titute started th e development of profile analysis, analysis of product quality supervision, inspecti on and Guangxi, staf f pe rformance appraisa l situation, identify the product quality supervision, inspection and Guangxi, staf f performance appraisal problems and their causes, Guangxi product qua lity supervision em ployee performance appraisal, inspection and optim ization of the reality of the pr ogram. Then Guangxi, product quality supervision, inspection staf f performance appraisal program design. Of the product quality superv ision, inspection Gua ngxi staff performance appraisal should follow the guiding principles and overall thinking and performance evaluation index system design and standards developm ent, and finally put forward, such as system security, organizational security, financial security, the concept of protection.
