I 摘要 作为电力系统不可或缺的组成部分,输变电工程直接影响到整个电力系统的安全 可靠运行。因而,科学合理的输变电工程设计方案具有极其重要的应用价值和现实意 义。 本文根据锡林郭勒盟西乌珠穆沁旗经济发展和当地金属矿产资源的开发及绿色 智能矿山的建设等用电需求,以《锡林郭勒地区“十三五”发展规划》和锡林郭勒盟“十 三五”电网发展规划为基础,结合《内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司电网技术标准 (试行)》相关要求,对西乌旗巴彦呼博 110kV 变电站输变电工程建设的必要性进 行了充分论证,确定了工程合理的建设规模及投产年限,制定了接入系统方案和相关 系统二次方案,进一步明确了线路路径选择和工程设想,并对项目做了投资估算。论 文开篇详细分析了当前锡林郭勒盟电网架构和发展现状。通过进行现场勘查和负荷预 测,在对 110kV 输变电工程典型设计深入分析和研究的基础上,完成了巴彦呼博 110kV 输变电工程可行性研究。本文详细论述了变电站的选址、建设规模、接入系统 方案以及系统通信方案,并对相关设备进行了选型,对变电站的建设进行了科学布局。 根据此项工程的建设规模和工程量,对工程投资进行估算并分析,进而给出了该工程 建设十分必要、技术上可行以及经济上合理的结论。 本文充分预想并解决了巴彦呼博 110kV 变电站建设中的诸多实际问题,对今后 类似输变电工程的建设具有重要的现实意义。 关键词:110kV 输变电工程 可行性 变电站Abstract II Abstract As an indispensable part of the power system, power transmission and transformation projects directly affect the safe and reliable operation of the entire power system.Therefore, scientific and reasonable design scheme of power transmission and transformation engineering has extremely important application value and practical significance. Based on the economic development of Xiwuzhumuqin Banner of Xilinguole League, the development of local metal mineral resources and the construction of green intelligent mines, this paper takes the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of Xilinguole Region and the 13th Five-Year Development Plan of Xilinguole League as the basis, and combines with the phase of Technical Standard for Grid of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. (Trial Implementation). According to the requirements, the necessity of power transmission and transformation project construction of Bayan Hubo 110 kV substation in Xiwu Banner is fully demonstrated, the reasonable construction scale and operation period of the project are determined, the access system scheme and the secondary scheme of the related system are formulated, the route selection and project assumption are further clarified, and the investment estimate of the project is made.At the beginning of this paper, the current power grid structure and development status of Xilingol League are analyzed in detail. Through on-site investigation and load forecasting, based on in-depth analysis and Research on typical design of 110kV transmission and transformation project, the feasibility study of Bayan Hubo 110kV transmission and transformation project has been completed.In this paper, the site selection, construction scale, access system scheme and system communication scheme of substation are discussed in detail, and the related equipment is selected, and the construction of substation is scientifically laid out. According to the construction scale and quantity of the project, the project investment is estimated and analyzed, and the conclusion that the project construction is necessary, technically feasible and economically reasonable is given. This paper fully anticipates and solves many practical problems in the construction of Bayan Hubo 110kV substation, which has important practical significance for the construction of similar transmission and transformation projects in the future.
