从世界发达国家发展经验看,高职教育是职业教育伴随经济社会的发展而出现的一 种新型高级形式,属于高等教育,又是和传统普通高等教育有着不同的属性。高职教育 是以培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力,面向基层、面向生产、面向服务和管理第 一线职业岗位的实用型、技术型和技能型专门人才为目的的高等教育,同时担负着高等 教育大众化的社会责任。 高职院校的体育教育如何走好以《高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》为纲,以职业 发展需求为导向的特色之路,成为当前高职院校体育教育事业主要的教改主题。也就是 说,在高校体育不断深化改革的新形势下,在从传授运动技术为本位的传统教学观向增 强学生体质,培养学生终身体育的意识、技能、爱好、习惯和独立从事体育活动能力的 现代教学观转变的同时,高等职业教育的体育教学还必须适应学生今后职业发展的需 求,以更好的为新世纪人才培养的需要和素质教育的要求服务。 为全面推行素质教育,丰富和深化石家庄市高职院校体育教育的理论内容和实践, 促进高校学生全面协调发展,落实素质教育以及终身体育的指导思想,充分发挥轮滑运 动健身、育人的作用,促进高校体育改革新目标的完成,进一步提高高校体育教育对学 生的身体、心理以及社会适应能力的积极促进作用。对石家庄市高职院校轮滑课开设的 可行性进行深入地、系统地研究就显得十分必要。 本课题采用了文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,对石家庄市 高职院校轮滑课开设的可行性进行分析、研究。从而得出了以下几条结论, 1 轮滑运动的特点、功能与当代大学生的活泼、好动,勇于挑战性特性相适应。 2 轮滑运动的开设有利于实现《指导纲要》提出的高校体育课程 5 大教学目标, 促进当代大学生身心健康发展。 3 轮滑运动的开设有利于培养学生的社会责任感和环保意识,符合社会对人才的 需求。IV 4 石家庄市高职院校学生具有一定的轮滑基础,社会基础;同时,学生对轮滑课 的认知度比较高,为轮滑课的开设打下了一定的选课基础。 5 石家庄市高职院校在开设轮滑课的硬件设施方面条件非常充裕,但是师资条件 比较欠缺,教材与现实轮滑运动脱钩。 6 学生对轮滑器材设备的调查,学生都有一定的购买力,而且器材设备耐用,不 容易损坏,因此,为轮滑课的开设打下了物质基础。 根据对石家庄高职院校开设轮滑课所存在的问题提出以下几条策略建议, 1 借鉴省内外、国内外已开设轮滑课的高校的教学经验,尽快把轮滑课纳入到石 家庄高职院校体育课的教学计划当中,充分利用学校的硬件资源,满足学生对轮滑的需 求,丰富体育教学内容,促进学生身心健康发展。 2 为了能保证石家庄市高职院校轮滑课的顺利开设,应该加强学校轮滑师资队伍 建设,吸引社会轮滑高手、教练到学校指导轮滑教学;加强体育教师的再学习,以弥补 轮滑教师缺乏问题;加大投入吸引轮滑专业的专门人才来学校任教。 3 为了保证轮滑课顺利的开设,学校应加强轮滑教材的建设,根据学校的实际情 况制定适合自己学校的轮滑教材,尤其是在教学方法、教学手段以及安全问题上要在教 材当中充分的体现,为本校的轮滑教学打下坚实的基础。 4 鉴于石家庄市高职院校的实际情况,在一年级第二学期开设半年的必修课或在 二年级第一学期开设一年的选修课,教学内容也可以适当的根据本学校的条件进行适当 的增补删减。 5 根据学校的资金情况,加大轮滑的资金投入,建设专门的轮滑场地,以满足学 生轮滑课需求。 关键词,石家庄市;高职院校;轮滑课;开设;可行性;研究V Abstract From the perspective of development experience of developed countries in the world, is accompanied by economic and social development of vocational education in higher vocational education and the emergence of a new type advanced form, belonging to higher education, and has different properties and traditional higher education.
