丁二酸(butanedioic acid),广泛存在于动植物和微生物体内,是 TCA 循环的 中间产物之一,是工业上一种重要的四碳化合物。它作为有机合成原材料、中间产 物或专用化学品广泛应用于食品、医药、农药、染料、香料、油漆、塑料和材料 工业。生物法制取丁二酸是完全与传统方法不同的工艺,同从石油中提取丁二酸 工艺相比,生物法具有环保,价优的特点,是生物循环的成功范例。在江阴市创 业园实施 1000 吨级生物法制备丁二酸项目是否可行是值得研究的。 本研究的第一章说明了生物法生产丁二酸是一个工艺创新,丁二酸是一种重 要的化工基础原料,其国内外市场容量巨大,本章对目前世界各国,以及国内对 生物法生产丁二酸的研究水平进行了相关的综述以及丁二酸的延伸物的发展和市 场的需求、生产情况进行了论述,特别是延伸物的增长速度非常快,这个支撑了 丁二酸的市场和价格,另对项目地点江阴市创业园生物研发基地强大的支持能力, 说明了实施本项目的必要性以及编制本研究报告的产业和技术来源依据。第二章 对项目建设的选址、工艺路线、原材料的选用及可行性进行了研究。证明了江阴 在气候、水文、地质、交通等条件是满足项目要求,项目的工艺路线选择是合理 的原材料选用蜜糖等是经济合理的。第三章、第四章对项目设计的环境保护、安 全生产、以及企业的组织进行了研究,这些措施将使项目实施完全符合环保、安 全、劳保等部门的要求。第五章、第六章、第 7 章对项目资金的来源、使用、回 报、现金流的按排、内部收益率的考核进行了研究。并对项目的经济效益进行了 分析,给出项目的财务评价,从经济技术角度分析出项目在财务上风险不大。第 8 章得出在江阴创业园生物研发基地实施本项目是符合国家产业政策,经济合理 的,在该基地实施生物法制备丁二酸项目采用的中科院研发的工艺流程和菌种是西安建筑科技大学硕士学位报告 一种高效先进的工艺。项目实施后取得的经济效益也是客观的,项目的回收期也 是符合一般项目的要求的。并对项目相应的经济技术指标进行归纳。 关键词,生物法;丁二酸;可行性;安全;环保;经济西安建筑科技大学硕士学位报告 Biological preparationof Succinic acid project Feasibility study Specialty: Business Administer Name: Xue Qing yu Instructor: Qiu Guo fang Abstract Succinic acid ( butanedioic acid ), widely exists in plants and microorganisms, is a TCA loop intermediate product, is the industry an important four carbon compounds. In Jiangyin city park to carry out 1000tons of biological preparation of succinic acid project is feasible is worthy of study.
