移动互联网技术的快速发展为居民追求更高品质生活提供了支持,也为专业化的维 修保养服务进入更多家庭提供了可能。深圳 QX 科技有限公司运营的 Y 师傅生活服务平 台是一个将线下维修保养服务与线上APP、公众号等互联网服务结合的社区O2O平台, O2O 平台业务的切入点是解决维修保养市场中即时服务不够、服务品质良莠不齐、服务 价格不透明等问题,同时解决服务提供方有着大量技能时间闲置、获取需求成本过高的 问题。Y 师傅生活服务平台于 2014 年成立,企业在业务发展的第一阶段(五年,2014 年—2018 年)中,O2O 平台以特有的核心专长为基础,通过 A 轮融资与 A+轮融资的助 力,取得比较好的业务与财务效益,在 O2O 行业的发展中脱颖而出;目前企业的发展 进入了第二阶段(三年,2019 年—2021 年),需要对平台面临的外部环境、内部环境、 竞争战略、业务与财务等运营要素进行重新研究及整理,同时开始寻求投资人的 B 轮融 资,以帮助企业实现收入与利润的快速增长,实现在国内上市的目标,因此产生了商业 计划书的编写需求。 Y 师傅生活服务平台商业计划书首先阐述了企业的盈利模式、业务与财务数据等发 展现状;其次,根据企业未来的发展要求,采用 PEST、波特五力模型对外部环境进行 了分析,在企业内部资源与能力研究的基础上总结出企业的核心专长,并结合外部环境 与内部环境分析的结论,用 SWOT 模型为企业未来的发展选择竞争战略;然后对企业 的运营及业务发展进行了规划。 商业计划书还对企业未来的财务状况进行了合理的测算并给出了财务的敏感性分 析;最后,研究与分析了混合型融资计划、企业估值、运营风险等因素的合理性,并对 企业运营与融资方案的可行性进行总结。本商业计划书既向投资人展示了 Y 师傅生活服 务平台的运营质量,也向投资人展示了创新型的融资方案及投资保障的思路。 报告中阐述的 Y 师傅生活服务平台是互联网与传统维修保养行业结合的成熟案例, 对其他互联网项目选择正确的盈利模式,确立发展方向具有良好的借鉴作用;同时,本 报告中提出的混合型融资方案也为互联网企业的再融资提供了参考与思路。 关键词,生活服务;维修保养;社区 O2O;混合型融资II Abstract The rapid development of mobile Internet technology provides support for residents to pursue a higher quality of life, and also provides the possibility for professional maintenance services to enter more families. Master Y's life service platform operated by Shenzhen QX Technology Co., Ltd. is a community O2O platform which combines offline maintenance service with online APP, public number and other Internet services. The key point of the business of the O2 platform is to solve the problems of insufficient instant service, uneven quality of service and opaque price of service in the maintenance market. At the same time, service providers have a lot of skills. The problem of idle time and high cost of acquiring demand. Master Y's life service platform was established in 2014. In the first stage of business development (five years, 2014-2018), based on its unique core expertise, the O2O platform has achieved better business and financial benefits through the help of A-round financing and A+round financing, which stands out in the development of the O2O industry. At present, the development of enterprises has entered the second stage (three years, 2019). From 2021 to 2021, we need to re-study and reorganize the external environment, internal environment, competitive strategy, business and financial operation factors facing the platform. At the same time, we begin to seek B-round financing from investors to help enterprises achieve rapid growth of income and profits and achieve the goal of listing in China. Therefore, there is a need for business plan writing. The business plan of Master Y's Life Service Platform firstly expounds the current situation of the enterprise's profit model, business and financial data. Secondly, according to the future development requirements of the enterprise, the external environment is analyzed with PEST and Porter's Five Forces Model. Based on the study of internal resources and capabilities of the enterprise, the core expertise of the enterprise is summarized, and combined with the external environment and internal environment. The conclusion is that SWOT model is used to select competitive strategy for the future development of enterprises, and then the organization, operation and business development of enterprises are planned. The business plan also makes a reasonable calculation of the future financial situation of the enterprise and gives a financial sensitivity analysis. Finally, it studies and analyses the rationality of such factors as mixed financing plan, enterprise valuation, operational risk, and summarizes the feasibility of enterprise operation and financing scheme. This business plan not only shows the quality of operation of Master Y's life service platform to investors, but also shows investors innovative financing schemes and ideas of investment guarantee.III Master Y's life service platform described in this paper is a mature case of the combination of the Internet and traditional maintenance industry.
