等部分内容。论文的公布(包括以电子信息形式刊登)授 权东南大学研究生院办理。 研究生签名: 导师签名: 日期:东南大学硕士学位论文 摘要 I 第三方支付公司的运行机理与案例研究 ——以拉卡拉公司为例 研究生:曹 阳 导师:周 勤 教授 东南大学 摘要 中国的第三方支付行业至今只有不到 20 年的历史,但第三方支付业务伴随着近几 年电子商务的快速发展,在交易量、交易笔数、支付形式上也进入了快速成长期,同时 在改变着我们的消费习惯。基于对行业发展前景的乐观判断,第三方支付行业也吸引了 社会各界的参与和关注,其中包括手机生产厂商、通信运营商、手机生产厂商、非金融 类机构等。行业近几年交易量保持同比两位数增幅,不同业态的应用场景都离不开第三 方支付,这些因素导致从事第三方支付的企业不断增加。产业不断壮大的同时,第三方 支付行业的变化也随之而来:一方面行业的结构与利润发生了改变;另一方面第三方支 付机构的市场定位、发展策略与运行模式也逐步呈现多种形态。第三方支付公司的运行 机理与经济学解释成为了理论界研究与关注的重点:企业如何选择符合自身发展的运营 模式、如何树立正确的发展策略、如何设计符合客户需求的产品成为各企业面临的重要 课题。 本文首先描述了第三方支付的简略发展历程及相关研究情况,对国内外发展现状及 经验进行了探讨,并对我国第三方支付行业存在的问题进行了分析,得到了本文的研究 思路的方法,进而从经济学角度通过理论对第三方支付行业的运行机理进行了理论分析 和解释。然后通过 Paypal 和支付宝两家企业的案例对第三方支付行业做了分析,得出 了行业的发展方向的相关结论。接着以拉卡拉公司为例,对拉卡拉公司的现有产品、运 行模式、发展方向做了案例研究,提出了公司发展的四个关键点。最后总结本文的理论 与案例分析,得出了业务整合与行业融合是第三方支付的发展关键点。 关键词:第三方支付;行业趋势;拉卡拉公司;东南大学硕士学位论文 目 录 II OPERATING MECHANISM AND EMPIRICAL STUDY OF THIRD PARTY PAYMENT COMPANY ——TAKE LAKALA AS AN EXAMPLE Postgraduate: Caoyang Tutor: Zhou qin Southeast University Abstract With the emergence of e-commerce, the development of third-party payment industry in China is relatively short, but it develops rapidly and changes people's lives rapidly. Based on the optimistic judgment of the development prospects of the industry, many enterprises have entered the third payment industry, including Telecom operators, banks and other non-financial institutions. Due to the entry of many enterprises, the third-party industry is undergoing profound changes: on the one hand, the structure and profits of the industry have changed; on the other hand, the market positioning, development strategy and operation mode of enterprises have also appeared in a variety of forms. The operation mechanism and economic interpretation of third-party payment companies have become the focus of theoretical research and attention: how to formulate business models that meet their own development, how to establish correct development strategies, and how to make products that meet customer needs have become an important issue faced by enterprises. Firstly, this paper describes the brief development process and related research situation of third-party payment, discusses the development status and experience at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in the third-party payment industry in China, and gets the method of this study, and then theoretically analyses and explains the operation mechanism of the third-party payment industry from the perspective of economics. Then, through the case of Paypal and Alipay, the third party payment industry is analyzed, and the relevant conclusions of the industry's development direction are obtained. Then, taking Lakara Company as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the existing products, operation mode and development direction of Lakara Company, and puts forward four key points of the company's development. Finally, it summarizes the theoretical and empirical analysis of this paper, and concludes that business integration and industry integration are the key points for the development of third-party payment.
